BCCI IS ROCKING AND DOING ITS BEST to remove some ugly Bollwood from the game. Anyway it will be good for the game anyway. Otherwise it will be sports & Prostitution instead of sports and business. While others have invested money to buy the team but Preety and Shilpa have invested only thier body.
Finally great act of Courage, wisdom, and example of upholding the law and rules. Now BCCI should go further and clean up remaining any other mess of the IPL, then only it'll be able to have a clean reputation, otherwise it'll be always looked with suspicion. And if BCCI sticks to their decision, despite the huge pressure they're going to face, in coming few weeks/months, from the debarred teams and their patrons, supporters, and benefiting politicians, then they will be a shining example to our corrupt, inept, feudal, and criminal politicians and businessmen, and also to our apathetic and skeptic society. Congrats to BCCI for a upholding the law. Yes it is unfortunate, in India we have to pat and congratulate ourselves for upholding the law, at least somewhere the good has to begin, how much shall we rot. On a side note: two feudal teams have now disappeared, better the remaining three change their names, and Kochi come with a name which symbolizes the people/env of your region, not some feudal symbol or name.

Why only IPL? Why not all forms of cricket? Cricket will always be megafixed event with underworld and bookie involvement, and it will surely kill other decent sports, besides stopping progress of India. Only one thing is common, throughout the independant India, cricket and poverty. Do you realize. I cannot see any other reason.

LOL...real sports.Ask yourself, how many of these real sports do you actually watch? Bet you would haven been following the scores of Ind Aus matches since last week. And cant even name 5 players from our hockey team. Cricket is our religion, india is no1 team and 99 pc of us are crazy about it. You are in the 0.5 pc minority who wants to bash cricekt, but has no support. ROFL..go get a life luser!

The BCCI secretary N.Srinivasan is himself a promoter of the IPL's Chennai cricket team. So he has interest as BCCI secretary as well as an Chennai IPL team promoter.
So isn't there a conflict of interest, Mr.Srinivasan? And the BCCI secretary wants others to follow rules!
The BCCI is taking the Indian public for a ride at the cost of the Indian public.
Both BCCI and IPL are jokes which have stopped making public laugh.

N.Srinivasan had asked for permission from BCCI S.pawar (boss of Modi) to bid a team and he has got written confirmation on that part. Scrapping of RR and KXI is not part of conflict of interest but due to benami funds and unknown owners.
Rajastan and Punjab were illegally helped by Modi... now it has been found out. After modi has been sacked the the rajastan and punjab still supporting him and failing to obey the bcci rules, have got themselves out of the IPL. What a pity for preity zinta. Now yuvraj will get picked up somewhere else.
