RR and KXI axing is good as they are nothing but just Modi's pet teams. what about CSK? CSK team shd also be scrapped as its a conflict of interest with BCCI secretary as owner. why is this bias? This kind of partiality shd not be shown by BCCI. Scrap CSK and kick that dirtyy srinivasan.

the CSK matter is in court. if the two teams unhappy, they too can go to court. conflict of interest has been pointed out by petitioner. so csk fate will be decided in supreme court. thats not something bcci is entitled to decide as they have been made a party to that case. there are technicalities in all this and politics. kingmakers have forced this day upon us. with a few state associations backing you , you can rule and do what you want. hence action too can only be limited. thats my understanding. but im for anything that hurts p$war and co.

CSK is owned by India Cements, whuch bid for it. Srinivasan is only a minority share-holder in IC.

The 2 cases are completely different. Here, RR and KXI had proxy owners who were changed without informing the governing council. Plus there were benami funds as per ED report. CSK is owned by India cements like Ambani and Vijay Mallaya - Single owner.
Making Modi a black sheep is a big Drama, because the Cricket Board wants to cover up the FIXING doubts which has come up in the general public. So they are showing as if they have cleaned the rot by kicking Modi, Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals. But the whole Cricket is in a rot. So just dont follow this game because every single bowl played by every cricketing nation is FIXED. So bid Adieu to International Cricket and watch Ranji Trophy level cricket.

BCCI IS ROCKING AND DOING ITS BEST to remove some ugly Bollwood from the game. Anyway it will be good for the game anyway. Otherwise it will be sports & Prostitution instead of sports and business. While others have invested money to buy the team but Preety and Shilpa have invested only thier body.

this should have happened much earlier but political compulsions must have stopped them from going after these guys. the audacity with which lalit modi shifted ipl to south africa and with sharad pawar backing him the ego levels of this guy had no bounds. it was a private exclusive club . given the political nature of BCCI i dont think the governing council could have taken action against all at the same time. hence , the most errant have been dealt with first. dubious owners with FERA violations, its no small scam. shilpa shetty and preity zinta talking about hard earned money is such hypocrisy. the alacricity with which they go around pretending that nothing was wrong about ipl is surprising given so much info is already there in the public domain. loha lohe ko katta hai. for india's public to expect complete overhaul of bcci , a clear mandate to ruling party will be required as given the numbers they have , they can go thus far. would like to see power and co razed completely. as you sow so shall you reap. post rajiv gandhi these guys had become king makers and made life hell for the first family of indian politics making all sorts of allegations. the bahu to took charge. boy she sure is giving these guys a taste of their own medicine. and please ask vijay mallya to stop commenting. he is the bankrupt billionare on forbes list. living on bailout from banks. he should concentrate on saving whatever is left of his empire. all his liquor money is being drained by his airline

What you have said is 200% right. I'm happy that you have written what i'm not able to convey rightly.
It is hard to believe that BCCI has that power to act. Everybody knows that back money run lot of IPL business. I would like to congratulate BCCI for over powering them.
I hope they will not revert their decision like many times PCB does.
One more thing and very important. If Camera reaches to Assembly of India, why lot of hidden talk and information in Cricket-just a sport! Everything should be open and people should know all the details of BCCI and other sports body's act.
