sehwag is the best
by SANDEEP RAI on Oct 07, 2010 10:24 AM  | Hide replies

sehwag is the best opener in the world forever bcos of his impact on the game due to excellent strike rate.He creates fear in the mind of bowler & opposition. He is the real genius in indian cricket. He can beat many records & can get many awards just if he stick to the crease like others, but that is not his game.He always believe in giving blazing start

ha ha ha unless he changes his attitude he would not be able to do that. sehwag is only good for first 20 overs. after 20 overs u have to be a patient to last 50 over since field restriction would not be there. The best way to get him out is just beat him 3-4 times in an over. then see how foolish shot he plays to get out

Yeah, he is no doubt the world's most exciting batsman who can on his day slaughter any bowling attack. He is modern day's Sir Vivian Richards, a man who can set the stadiums ablaze with his strokeplay,

Right, he is the world's most exciting batsman today, a batter who can slaughter any bowling attack when on song. The modern day's KING Sir Vivian Richards, he has the same daring and bravado who can take the fight into the rival's camp and make them cower in fear. King Viv and Viru are players who come once in a life time and it is our pleasure to watch them in prime.

A sure match winner, if he fires. And nothing can deter him.Going to be an asset to India for a long time to come,if he keeps his mental balance and descipline.

5 years is not a LONG TIME lol

if 5 years is a long time, what is 21 years ?

Also Viru has already been in the team for 11 years now ( i think)

in cricket, 5 years is a long time.
Also, if u read carefully what Yalamalli has written, u will come to know what he emant by long.
But, do read 'CAREFULLY'

And if we r to go as per ur definition of long then not many crickets would have had a long career :)

As far as Veeru/Sachin play well and win matches, dont bother them about their ages...
