We threw away
by Crick fan on Oct 04, 2010 02:24 AM

It was all very good till the last 10 overs. But the way we folded up looked bad. The Aissies were all lost till Sachin's wicket fell. Had just any one of the guys like Zaheer, harbajan, or Dhoni given little more resistance, we must have been in winning position. Another 50 plus, the Aissies would have been pushed back.

Laxman at No.10
by Thomas Ninan on Oct 03, 2010 10:55 PM  | Hide replies

What a sight to watch Laxman batting at No.10. I am sure this definitely would not have gone well with Laxman and the Indian captain or the Indian camp. Why does it always have to be Laxman who has to face such a second class treatment in Indian cricket?

CWG opening ceremony begins
by Rajan S on Oct 03, 2010 07:23 PM  | Hide replies

Hope we can restore some pride after the pathetic show by kalmadi and co's in organising the games. Even after spending 70,000 crore, we had to hang our heads in shame. That's the most disappointing thing

250 is a winning total....
by sunil k on Oct 03, 2010 07:03 PM  | Hide replies

a typical indian pitch...slow and low...started to deteriorate a bit....footmarks around the off stump...a dust bowl on day 4 and 5...spinner will enjoy bowling and ofcourse reverse swing come into play later with old ball....batting last will be a tough ask especialy if the target is 250.....
AUS is looking at around 250 runs tomorrow, ..
IND need to take close catches and spinner should bowl with a bit of flight....
looks like another exciting IND-AUS test match...never know what will happen till the end..!!!!
good for test cricket....

Hope all our bowlers ball aggressively as well as tightly to restrict australia. There are chances that may feel the pressure. But I some how got a feeling that katich and hussey are the players, that we need to take care of more. They may spoil our party if we let them loose

AUSTRALIA STANDS EXPOSED. A 10 MAN STRONG TEAM WITH ONLY ONE PACE BOWLER OF WORTH .EARLIER AUSTRALIAN TEAMS WOULD HAVE FINISHED OFF THIS TEAM IN 3 OR A 4DAYS. WE WILL DRAW OR EVEN WIN THIS MATCH

Anjit remember we are only 9 of them tomorrow and one bowler (if he is a bowler) short and one good bat short(VVS). Any score around 300 would be curtains for us. And dont be so confident, we are batting last on this dust bowl and if baggi can turn so does nathen

Why over acceptation from Sachin?
by Sanjeet Bhojak on Oct 03, 2010 06:47 PM  | Hide replies

Dear all fans of Sachin, it is not possible that Sachin hit a ton in every match even Test or One day. Although he'll try to do it, but if not done we all take alot of presure ourself like that we missed the tone. Just watch and thinking that we are the witness, who can see to play him. It is a achievement all of us that we are watchin a player who looks like God.....Enjoy the game...
