arthur's dilema....
by RAJ sharma on Nov 10, 2010 04:52 AM

we are only talking about this coz arthur wrote something about the Indian Team or else who would even pay attention to his book or comments...also the incident he mentions was brought about by his team player-ANDREW NEL's rude and obnoxious behaviour where he seemed to be getting aggresive with every Indian batsman come out to the crease as if he would pounce on them and start beating them up...SO the boys on Team India gave back to the gora his own medicine, which obviosly arthur felt was.....whatever....who cares...Jai ho Team India

Indians have the right to celebrate in their own way
by Sivakumar S on Nov 10, 2010 03:08 AM  | Hide replies

Hello Hello, Indians have the right to celebrate in their own way. You don't have to feel offended by that. I have seen people from other countries celebrating, I am present in USA. So what is the harm if they do coke on teammates? You don't have to worry about it, Arthur. Coach your team, and make them celebrate than feeling jealous.

NO PROBLEM

Why is that many on this forum agree to his view point ? This is another example of how the westeners decide how we should behave. How we behave and what we do is upto us ? Just because we Indians celebrated wildly, he came up with justifications of humility and grace. If it had been them he would have provided justifications of merry making and enjoying a well deserved victory. We as Indians need to stop taking advise from others on how we behave and what we do. Let us behave how we feel should be nice. Let us be free Indians in real terms.

No reason to feel offended. Youngsters in the team have no grace and humility in victory.

It is part of the arrogant culture we are developing as a country. One doesn't need to be arrogant and ungraceful to succeed.

Youngsters should take a lesson from Sachin, Dravid, Laxman, Kumble, etc in behavious. They had real class and are far bigger champions than these newcoming youngsters who havent proved anything even close to the Kumbles, Dravids, Sachins, etc.
