Why remove him? Change the system.Stop the Masala Matches (I mean IPLs).It will kill everything.A player who win matches for one's frenchise wins a place in the Indian Xi.The opponent performers are sacked.That needs to change.

Dhoni is hiding behind performance of others like Sachin,Sehwag,Gambhir,Raina..if they fail Dhoni never performs in crunch situation ....
WC-07 was won due to efforts from unexpected players......For Dhoni..it was afluke
Captaincy to Dhoni was also fluke.....
Dhoni was given captaicy by corrput BCCI as a reward for getting rid of Dravid & Dada.
He inherited a team of matchwinners like Sehwag,Yuvi,Gambhir,Bhajji,R P Singh ,Srisanth etc which was built by hard work of Dada
In 2007 WC, Had Srisanth not taken catch on last ball of Misbah , we would not have won........All such players who won us 2007, were not given chance this time.....

Make Sehwag or even Raina as Captain.......
Dhoni is creating problems for match winners like Sehwag & other better players in the team.. supporting idiots like Jadeja

Shewag cannot even captain a club level side - Delhi Daredevils...Let him try to captain a club side, then think about a national side.

Sehwag has been a very good captian, Under him Delhi won Ranji, under him Delhi daredevils was in semifinal in IPL1 and IPL2 and in league matches IPL2 DD won 10 matches out of 14, and this time in IPL3 when he was not capain DD could not make it to the semifinal, and check all the matches in which he representd India at international level,
cricket players don't need support when they succeed..they need support from fans when they fail..but we resort severe criticism when they fail to perform..fans should be ashamed of themselves..not cricketers..
When he arrived at the big stage, he came with a bang. He muscled every bowler who came at him. But with being the captain he has slowed down drastically. Remember same thing happened to Sachin when he became the captain. Even top players tend to play with more care after becomming the captains. To save Dhoni it would be better if we have a different captain in T20. May be some one like Sehwag be better bet. If Dhoni can play without pressure, he can be different player altogether.
I think it is Dhoni's dream to make build the careers of Ravindra Jadeja & Suresh Raina at the cost of Indian Cricket.... so I would prefer to sign for Ravindra Jadeja as the next Indian captain.... But for the time being its enough Mr.M.S.D
Dhoni,Yuvraj,Ishant,Yosuf,Zaheer,Nehra are the worst players of indian cricket.Need to replace them immediately to have a bright future of indian cricket.Pick yongsters who are knocking the door.Make strict policies to save indian cricket else day we come we can see India out of cricket map.
I would recommend that Dhoni quits T20 format of the game at international level and focuses on just ODI and test matches. His style of play is not suited for T20 anymore, and he is becoming another Micheal Clarke who is also struggling to fit the format. Dhoni should also quit the IPL, and keep his energies focused for the ODI and test version where he is very good at handling things. This way, he will also get enough rest and also someone else can take charge of the T20 format (e.g. Raina, Gambhir, Sehwag, etc).
