LOL dude ("che guevera"). I could sit and laugh at class idiots like you. If in doubt, ask any KKR player what they think of Ganguly as a captain. As a batsman, I agree he's not the most consistent striker around, but his captaincy alone could win him a place in the team.

who're delusional.... KKR is one of the most popular teams in the tournament.... and would ve been anyways.... irrespective of any association of any filmstar with it..... There are other filmstars associated with other teams as well... but filmstars donot decide the popularity of a team..... e.g akshay kumar for delhi daredevils...

Thats great news :) Fastest in India may be to cross 200,000 mark. Its been 2.5 months only :)
Along with Pujara, he is a high scorer in Domestics but last 2 years he was injured so was Pujara...they are back to full fitness...they are like manish pandey and virat kohli of RCB...now KKR has good local players. Even the great Sachin Tendulkar complimented Tiwari once.

I am afraid, the KKR had squandered away a splendid opportunity to be way ahead in Net Run Rate. The match could be finished in the 17th Over but for Cheteshwar Pujara, it went upto 19.2 I am not blaming him because he is new in this kind of circumstances but champions show their mettle in such circumstances. Angello for his 4 - 0 - 19 - 4 could have been MOM but generally it is the batsmen who get away with all honours. It was great to see Wasim, my all time favourite, to sit in the dug out in stead of the Commentary Box. I am not sure what will happen ultimately, but if something good happens to KKR, then the following will be crucial factors 1. Buchanon gone and Whatmore in. 2. Four captain theory thrown away and the old Field Marshal given the full command. 3. Wasim Akram in the Dug Out. 4. The owner not meddling in cricketing matters as he did last time doing all the harms for his own team. It was devil Buchanon's rehab centre for self and family. There is a qualitative change this time. Let the owner mint money and the cricketers play cricket and the likes of Wasim do their own work and Juhi distributing radiant smiles.

don't criticize SRK...he did lot of introspection last time and made the right selections...first of whatmore and then of Akram...without him KKR will never get any outsider support.

An owner's job is to see the right things done by the cricketing management in his team and take right decisions...there were lot of suggestions for coaches but it is owner's agreement in the end that seals the deal by taking all the inputs...by ur logic what is use of a PM? A PM just runs the govt while its the secretaries and ministers who do most of the job..but PM gives confidence to run Govt by taking right decisions...Soumeyen Sarkar said that SRK should just be content in minting money and leave rest to others...thats exactly not what an owner of a sporting team should do...he should have the passion to rectify team's problem areas and give confidence and inspiration to his team by taking the right decisions..thats what i meant when i said that SRK has introspected and taken the right decisions this year...also SRK is not dumb...he is the most intelligent film star of all people who also has passion for sports...thats why he bought a team in the first place...not like preity and shilpa who buy 10% miniscule stake and try to gain publicity..SRK is world's most famous star and does not need publicity thru a cricketing team...he bought the team and is serious abt making it the top team..all this purely due to his passion...he cannot expect to be an expert in cricket but he should definitely be an expert in instilling right confidence and atmosphere in his outfit and thats exactly what he has done this year learning from his past mistakes...the team looks so united now

I totally agree to your net run-rate comment. It will come back to haunt KKR later in the tournament. They squandered away the opportunity today of having an unbeatable net run rate by the finishing the match in 15/16 overs.
