I have seen many of the guys asking why Y.Pathan not performing when it’s for India??? Answer is very simple, the way captain used him. Warny is an excellent Captain and know how to use his resources, But Dhoni??? Is it matter of more resources in pool or poor politic?
As see the comment from S.Warn that Pathan is a greatest strength in their team with his all-round skills but for Dhoni he is just a player or part time bowler not more than that, that’s the difference.
Excellent skills Pathan..!!!... Dhoini please learn how to use resources well at least before WC

i think we play to win ...not to utilise a player....we are no 1 in test and no 2 in ODI w/o untilising Y pathan..so where is the problem??
on the topic ..playing for country brings more pressure...Y pathan plays freely for rajasthan ...that mite be the reason

r you all right? how can we put question mark on a captain who's team is no 1 in test & no. 2 in ODI. Yusuf will perform one day for India & He will win the world cup for India coz dont forget World cup is in India, so guys relax..............

Operation success, patient dead what's the use ? Shane warne may be a good captain and uses his resources well. But he lost the match!! Dhoni wins it.

Dhoni’s team also lost last match dude and never has got a chance for this IPL as well
Dhoni wins and India loses some potential players …. See how we lost Irfan ….its all about politics; I personally think no one can replace Irfan at no 7 slot with his all-round abilities the current 30 probable. But Irfan is not even in 30 member squad.
The similar way lets wait for WC again and watch how India perform at least this time before criticizing again Dhoni, but if we loose its only because improper resource management and selection, kick all out first from Dhoni and Srikanth

I also agree that Yusuf has lot of strength in his batting and also have talent of sensible spin bowling.In my opinion Indian Team selectors and Captain himself use him in ODI permanantly for more and more competitions to get him settle in all the soils so that Indian team can be benefiited with his remarkable contribution like in IPL-III. Yes,I am also suspected of Dhoni's ego as been noted in the 3rd ODI against SA recently where he seem that Dhoni was intensily depriving Sachin to complete his 200 runs.Sake God that Sachin got chance to face the ball in that last ball.
Forget whatever the platform was, a century off 37 balls is always a commendable performance. Pathan will shoe Hitters like Afridi the way to toilet. One day for sure he will bring laurels to India. He is India's Sher. Shabash Pathan
Yusuf Pathan if you would have observed properly in last innings as well, was able to hit only domestic bowlers especially spinners for so many runs..He cannot score of good fast bowlers..he can't play the short ball well..nor does the swinging ball..
This is the main reason he was never successful in international circuit..he will succeed only in IPL and domestic cricket as we really lack good bowlers in domestic circuit..

If Pathan only managed to hit ordinary Indian bowlers, why can not other indian big gubs like Tendulkar, Dhoni etc. beat the hell out of Indian bowlres. I mean the innings is to be praised not criticized. the man is awesome and needs more consideration. Although he hasn\'t yet boomed in ODI\'s but we all know he is thousand times better than Afridi. One day for sure he will bring laurels to INDIA... Proud of you Pathan

If Sachin can hit 200 why can't Yuuf....u can't apply this logic everywhere that if one why not others.....u can's say if Yuvi hit 6 sixes why can't other.....if Kumble take 10 wickets in an inning why can't other :)

Yes you r true dude... thats wat I was saying if we can remember those gr8 players for those achievements, we need to praise the achievement of this budding talent as well. Remember Sachin took 79 ODI's to score his 1st 100. Yusuf shud be tried more, He will devastate Bowling attacks bettre than anyone.

Why Mr.Yusuf Pathan is not performing like this for india!!!!!???? and will he perform for india in anywhere in india or rest of the world in this fashion????? BCCI ask him about this because IPL Performance is Best than Playing for India!!!! If he played like this for india in T20 World Cup India is the World Champion!!!!!?????
He was almost out on 47 when McLaren taken the catch at long off and lands with his feet just inside the line but then only steps on the boundary. If he had aware of the boundary line the game might be over there itself. He just crashed the Spinners Murtaza & Jayasuriya and the Medium face bowlers R.Sathish & McLaren. But he can't do the same against the like of Z.Khan & L.Malinga. He scored 88 runs from these 4 bowlers from just 30 balls and scored just 12 runs from the another only 7 balls he faced from the Fast bowlers Z.Khan & L.Malinga. If H.Singh had bowled this may not be happened. He just not a international Batsman.

Agreed! Yousuf pathan made a mistake by scoring 100 in 37 balls. How dare he score so quickly? A grave mistake indeed!!!!!
alright well played........but when playing for india and when you really need him.........all he scores is a duck or at the most 5 runs. This guy is just like many other guys who perform very well in the domestic circuit or environment, but when it comes to the big occassion like saving the match or winning the match for india........he scores a duck almost consistently.
Considering the power generating on hitting Yousef is above all other Indians even Yuvaraj and Sehwag.Even at international level only players like Symmonds Gayle or Hayden can match him.He has such a strongly built physique and that makes him so special.Even though he is not consistent he can do the unimaginable and the Duleep trophy final was evident of that.
dhoni has stopped playing like he once used to be. he pretends to be more mature now....but actually he has lost his initial flair .
