good thoughts...why dont you spare your half salary and donate it to needful farmers...why not set an example before others...
INVESTING MONEY IN IPL IS WORSE THING EVER DONE. THE FARMERS ARE SOUCIDING. INVEST THIS MONEY TO FARMERS. HELP THEM. ALL THE INDIANS SHOULD BAN THIS IPL

Some indian like this bhushan, are so dumb.
they are jealous of indians and jealous of indian achievements.
the suffering of farmers has nothing to do with IPL, although IPL is a business venture.
As long as it does not negatively effect Indian national cricket, it should be no problem.
however the conditions of the farmers is because of neglegence of the corrupt politians, and lack of foresight for proper infrastructure in rural india.
please talk SENSE and let your words have some LOGIC & LINK to the subject of the article.
Modi when an IPL individual teams starts to earn around 1/2 billion dollars per year then you can make comparisons!
Teams like Man United and Real Madried earn around half a billion dollars a year just from merchandise. This is 50times more than any IPL team. First learn to walk before you run modi!
Also cricket is a niche sport and not global. They will never reach this level.

read the article carefully, it is not a comparision, IT IS A VISION FOR THE FUTURE.

dude i am bengali myself , refrain from random stereotyping ...i can see you are salivating to flame all bengalis at the mere mention of a bengali , boss and a job in a single sentence
there is a slight difference between Confidence and Over Confidence and the consequences can be damming if you are on the wrong side. Humility has its own Grace. Off late there has been a lot of arrogance in your speeches.
Re: I see the IPL becoming bigger than NFL, NBA: Modi
by bob dsouza on Mar 12, 2010 03:41 PM
VERY TRUE .THE MONEY IN IT HAS BLINDED THE ADMINISTRATORS /CARETAKERS .IT IS DISGUSTING TO SEE QUALITY PLAYERS RETIRING FROM TEST/ONE DAYERS AND PRACTICING FOR THE UPCOMING IPL .IT HAS HAD A DAMNING EFFECT AND THERE WL BE NO QUALITY PLAYERS IN THE NEW GENERATION BOTHERED TO PLAY AT THE TEST LEVEL WHICH IS JUST GOING TO HAPPEN SOON
when was the last time he has his feet on teh ground???
Last IPL in SA he said FIFA should learn from him how to conduct a tournament. And this yr he thinks IPL is mor epopular than NBA and NFL.
NBA, NFL, EFL UEFA are all full year seasons, while this IPL is just a 2 month season. does he even know the assets of clubs for other games around the world. The IPL team assets are frivolously low compared to world standard and so are the player comtracts and sponsor values. No one accepted his base prices this yr and more so he even ran into television rights issue. Games likes NBA, EPL, NFL don't face such issues coz sponsors galore.
seriously dude, come out of india, tarvel to length and breadth and u will see what people follow. We all know how u got into BBCI at the first place and no doubt u have a grudge against US. in his college days in US he served for 2 yrs in prison for drug trafficing (go google it)
so try to be modest and just condut the show, but stop self boasting.
