Well fire for Cricket inside you might be ceased but still some spark is there that is why you came to this forum. Is not it correct? Brave let the IPL begin, you would follow it and write on all corresponding forums. Good luck.

Don't blame IPL owners..
by QandA QandA on Mar 01, 2010 11:05 PM

This could be a NEGOTIATING technique to keep more advertising revenue with themselves instead of sharing with IPL owners...

To all the other people who complain about MONEY..

Grow up... For a change move out of your PARENTS HOME.. See the world... There is nothing wrong in making money.. Lots and Lots of money nothing wrong.. If YOU DON'T LIKE IT JUST CHANGE THE CHANNEL... It's very simple...

no need to be angry...
by Indian on Mar 01, 2010 10:49 PM  | Hide replies

straight to facts:
1. IPL is like a private party...attendance by invitation only. if you are not invited..then don't cry.

2. yesterday watched in the Ind Vs Pak hockey game live. It was an awesome match to watch. It just took 1.5 hrs of my time..but it was a great match to watch..urge everyone that cricket is not the only sport..watch other games and promote such games..

who cares if modi is making money of it or not..if you like it u watch it..

u don't like it..don't don't watch it or report it...

don't make it the no.1 news...this will definatley help reduce the media hype of the event, but at the same time should be used to promote other events.

boycott
by aj naveen on Mar 01, 2010 10:45 PM

It is strange how IPL organisers are dealing with media. The entire print media and news channels should not give any news about indian cricket. They should completely boycott the Indian Cricket and teach IPL a lesson. Time to really give impetus to other sports and ofcourse now hockey.

It will soon die
by Nitin Prabhu on Mar 01, 2010 10:38 PM

Its funny that players all over the world are fighting to take part in this just to earn money... Lalit Modi had too much power for one person and the BCCI too much for one organisation... With all that cash, can they make stadiums like the ones in Australia or SA.. For that matter even England has better grounds

IPL KILLS CRICKET & CRICKETERS
by neha on Mar 01, 2010 10:01 PM

WHATS THE USE OF PLAYING IN IPL FOR PLAYERS? MONEY..NOTHING ELSE..THEY MAY GET INJURIES & MAY NOT BE FIT TO PLAY FOR THEIR COUNTRY. IPL HAS NOT GIVEN A SINGLE PLAYER FOR INDIA TO PLAY IN 20-20 OR 50-50 OR TEST. ITS A WASTE FOR INDIAN CRICKET. LALIT MODI IS THE KILLER OF INDIAN CRICKET.
