Stop following cricket. This way you won't give our (useless and not so talented) cricketers easy money. They will learn to work hard to earn it like you and me. Indian team exited in early rounds of T20 WC in two successive editions. IPL has financial irregularities and on top of that BCCI bent the rules to allow Srinivasan to own a team. Let's see if people are still interested in IPL. If they are then why should BCCI improve. People are be be blamed and not BCCI or politics for any irregularity related to cricket (and other areas) in India.

You are a great cricket lover. Majority of Indian Cricket lovers are like you. They do not hope India wins the match and square the series. The hope Sachin scores another Senturi. Well, I hope he scores two of them. After that it hardly matters if India lose the match by an innings!
If India loses the toss then India must have a Plan B in case first 10-15 overs go SL way. May be India should adopt some negative tactics of ‘leg stump’ bowling’ using even sehwag, yuvi etc, besides the regular bowlers and try to ‘wear’ the SLans out and make them commit mistakes to get wickets. In case India wins the toss then Indian batting may not be a problem now with both the Ms out. However Rahul Dravid has to be more positive and dominate the bowlers as presently he seems to be getting bogged down bringing pressure on himself and on the entire batting side by not scoring freely. Replacing him with S/Raina may also be considered or in case the team opts for 5th bowler, he should come in place of Dravid. Gambhir of course has to sufficiently ‘unfreeze’ himself as he looks to suffer from ‘cold’ start like car engines in Delhi winter. .
Let me start by saying that team India is not looking like no1 Test side. Alarm bells ringing already for 2011WC campaign as reasons appear to be both cricketing and non-cricketing !Now confining to only cricketing reasons the pace bowling is inexperienced, the spin bowlers yet to get their rhythm and batters, likes of Gambhir and Dravid are yet to get on their feet. Coming too bowling first, with both Ishant&Mithun finding their form later somewhat is an encouraging sign and we can hope they would do well. May be Mithun is overdoing on use of short pitch deliveries to Dilshan. Further, let us hope Bhajji and Ojha would also give improved performance.Ojha should pitch more on the leg stump and try more variations. There seems to be a case for playing 5th bowler or playing A/Mishra but may be for 2nd test it is better to stick with the same XI.

When Dravid was the captain he tried playing with 5 bowlsers, but he was criticised and Pressurised so much that he had to go for 4 bowlers. Now why does everyone wants to follow 5 bowler theory? if Rahul was right why was he crticised for playing 5 bowlers.
