I guess to keep interest alive in cricket, it should be modelled like some of the other sports in US where there is a dedicated time of the year when the game is played rather than play year round. that way you will retain interest in the game and also avoid player fatigue.
Banking on dhoni??? Did dhoni ever saved a TEST match for India??? this dhobi survives only because of high level contacts. The only achievment so far is the no 1 Ranking in test that also will be at stake after this series. Marriage proving to be Jinx for Dhoni!!!

Mr. Vij.. Pls refer to India's Tour of England, 1996, 1st Test @ Lords. Dhoni and tailenders saved the Test. Pls look into the stats before commenting.

this so called game does not require any skill to play. tendulkar and sehwag with their pot bellies can not run for even 30 mins , shows the fitness level required for this game. indian having colonial mindset and legacy of british raj have lazy mindset. Promote hockey and football , real games requiring creativity, skills, technique and stamina

and still india (read bcci team) cannot qualify for triseries and T20 WC. That 2 in a so called game which is played seriously by 3 4 countries, mostly india subcontinent
