Mr. Afridi, don't preach how a good neighour should behave and all that .Good relations shouldn't be confined to the cricket field. This 'snub' should make the Pakistani society also realise that this is merely a collateral damage of your government's miaplaced policies. I also can't understand why you and your countrymen are so upset with this snub. Do you feel less insulted when every other team refuses to visit your country ?? Your board has requested the Indian board to invite your team to India for a series and our board didn't agree. Were you all less offended by that 'snub' ? If your national team is not invited, then you should be more upset. Shouldn't you ? Also, look how Shane Warne and Brett Lee have expressed their displeasure with what is happening to the Indians in their country and both have offred to talk to their respective governments . Has anyone of you felt bad about the fact that your government harbours terrorists ? When a journalist from UK and even your own Hamid Mir could track down Kasab's house in Faridkot, your government kept denying Kasab's Pakistani connections. I still remember Minister Rehman Malik telling journalists that " NADRA mein check karwaya hai; Kasab ka naam nahi hai usmein !" We don't mind the Pakistanis playing here and earning decent money but you are the least eligible to preach us. contd....
If avoiding to bid on Pak players has raised such a furore in Pak and most importantly the Pak Govt. then lets not take any Pak players in IPL just to show solidarity to the 26/11 victims and to get the authorities concered in Pak to act on the culprits ASAP.
request to all secular bloggers plz do not mix sports and politics together. your relpies and remarks are voilentic and spreading venom with hatred. voilenece or war or revenage is not the solution for terrorism. plz remember bapujis teachings as we as nation follow them. can anyone tell me has a single pakistani player has killed any person, then why to deny such gr8 players. if these players will be inculded then there are definately hopes for the peace process through composite dialogues. i think all true sports lover and seuclars like me will agree on this.
We dont need to prove the world that we are peace lovers. We had done enough about it. We dont need any paki team playing in India. Sport doesnt spread peace or good will atleast with pakistan. They never knew how to reciprocate. You show some concession only to get bombed, get your parliament bombed, get your attaction places seized, kill innocent in Mumbai et all. We dont need such a sport nor the relation with these type of country. Nevertheless a India vs Pak duel is electrifying and provides good entertainment, but my country is more to me than ruthless terrorists.

yes, that was shoaib malik..
that is in their blood to mix religion into anything..
do you remember they named their missiles ghori, abdali and ghaznavi without realizing that all these are from afghanistan and when they invaded india, their poorkistan was a part of india..
the fools did not realize that they are glorifying the warriors who killed thousands of their ancestors, including people in today's punjab and sindh..
poorkistanis are a bunch of jokers..
IPL hit them where it hurts them most (on their purses..)..
no other action from any indian agency has been so successful in hitting them so effectively..
whole poorkistan is busy applying burnol to their hinds..
did afridi contribute anything to Deccan chargers last time? These beggars want money from IPL and act as if they are doing us a favour plus our great HM with a eye on minority votes keeps talking nonsense.
