Have called off their tour to pakistan. Thats good news. And pakis, where ever they tour, gets bashed up. Aussies thrashed them today. No takers for their players for IPL. Slowly they would be isolated from world sports.
I am surpirsed that bangle inspite of playing 10 yrs of inter natl cricket is still the same old weak side it was when it entered intl cricket. With a pop of more than 10 crore it can easily produce atleast 11 good cricketrs. maybe the cricket set up is terrible over there. worse than india/pak.

With well over a billion population, India could get only a solitary individual gold medal in Olympics. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Nepal are countries with same mind set. If not improved in leaps and bounds, they all are going to surrender to the Chinese invasion.

Dude it is not 1 billion but how many billions you have spent into sports infrastructure. We are only seeing returns of what we have invested. As simple as that.

It is quality and not quantity which matters India has been ruled and looted 1st by Islamic forces and then by British Times are changing and there is hope Abhinav won the individual Olympic gold in shooting Boxing and wrestling silver. We have number 1 and many other grand masters in chess
Peace in the region is a good stimulant for growth which is understood by civil govt unlike our neighbour which actually are ruled by military

If you closely following their game over the years, you would have noticed that they improved by leaps n bounds. A few years ago, they would have bundled out for 100 from 65/5, but they made 230 . They batted decently in the first match as well. I guess, they are improving with every passing year. You have to consider factors like their economy, amt of cricket they play, their employment. I'm sure many of their players are not professional cricketers. Must be employed somewhere for a living. That makes a difference to any side.
Really surprised that no team picked up Mahmudullah in this year's IPL "auction"...hate that word. All through the ODI's and the two tests now, he has been impressively consistent and can score at a fast clip. Looking at his height and build, he could surely tonk the ball around in T20. If the Mumbai Indians could persevere with Ashraful, Mahmudullah could well be tried out.

Let the Bangla players play with Canada, Netherlands, Papau New Guinea, UAE & all those unwanted teams which they are fit to play. They are worthless, only the Indian TV media can praise them, especially Headlines Today. What a joke it was when Headlines Today was critising our Captain Sehwag when he said that Banglas are a very ordinary team, its been proved in the previous match & even today. The Indian TV media should stop supporting these Paki & Bangla players, its time to be bit nationalistic, please hear the Australians commentators praising their players.
