The match against Srilanka on 5th was LOST by India & also poor show by the ballers & Front line batsmen in both the matches.Why Team India should rank no.1? The lankan team,playing with new players is showing consistent performance & won all the matches in a row.Team India should drop non performers & let new gues play.The seniors ,though experienced, do no play the match as per the situation.Sehwagh is always in hurry to get runs & also get out.Zahir & Nehara can not bowl wicket to wicket but give full tosses & wides to increase the Run rate of opposition.Bhajji is dropping high catches like a child & pretends that he did not see the ball due to light.Such players should be rested.

zaheer,nehra and harbhajan should be rested and players recommended for the replacement are sudeep tyagi,sreesanth and amit mishra.
D. Goel afternoon, 3.40pm, Saturday , 9th Jan. 2010. No doubt indians on their day couldsmash any side. But the Boqwlers and batsmen have to put themselves to the wheel , and the fielding has to stop being indifferent ,dropping catches! Ofcourse the smashing Sri-Lankans appear to be top-winners , at present, but the funny game of Cricket, as it is who knows what Happens tomorrow, and later in the finals?D. Goel
