Waste Achievement
by amit mishra on Feb 23, 2010 05:58 AM  | Hide replies

Ponting,
You won matches only against Pakistan and WI, both are interested only in 20-20 format. They never have players even to play 50 overs and their players mind is to come and play shots.
So, you can appreciate yourself. You lost the test series to India, SA, England and one day series to India ( Commonwealth bank Series), SA.
So, prove your team worth in SA, India and appriciate yourself

Amit Mishra:

In case you follow cricket, Australia beat them in ALL FORMS of the game.

BTW, Australia has most recently beaten South Africa in South Africa again without your apparent knowledge.... :)

And also FYI, we are yet to repeat that feat....

Any more questions? :)

Rahul Arora .... a victim of peadophile...or a loser to a Bihari
by azaad bharat on Feb 22, 2010 11:58 PM  | Hide replies

...or may be something really nasty and bad happened to you in life. And seeing your hatred for Dhoni, I am sure a bihari sure fked ur as badly, and may be repeatedly for long.

U must see a psychiatrist ASAP. Try NIMHANS, its the best in India. I pity your family. I wish you good things in life.

PS: Love him or hate him, you cannot ignore Dhoni, who is a story of success and now captain of Indian cricket team in all formats. Legends vouch for him (phools like u ba rk at him). So get used to read about him, see his pictures. Why don't you try yoga? It will improve ur self control. And avoid eating those total crap punjabi dishes.

Never use pace bowlers against asstralia
by Junior Don on Feb 22, 2010 09:33 PM  | Hide replies

I suggest never use pace bowlers against asstralia. We will give advantage to assies for making strokes. Do you know who are most wicket takers in history of cricket? All spinners. It is the brain which gives you wicket, not pace. Pace can be easily used by a good batsman into his favor.

JD:

;-).... Wot logic... :)

BTW, why do we have "brainless" bowlers like Zaheer, Ishant, Nehra, Praveen, Irfan, Sreesanth, RP Singh etc. in the team when "it is the brain which gives you wicket, not pace." ?? :)

You really show us clearly that the powers that be in the BCCI are the ones who are actually brainless for not having understood this simple facet of cricket despite the free of charge advice from a world renowned cricket expert like you ... :)

JD..

You are correct with your analysation about the spinners, but if you see the reason spinners get more wicket is not only because of brains.. the real reason is they play for long time, since they don't get exhausted, they are less injury prone, but if you see.. swinging the ball both side also needs brains... :)

Big deal over the victories over WI and Pakistan!!!
by sandeep kumar on Feb 22, 2010 08:56 PM  | Hide replies

Its amusing to see the joy after beating a dispirited windies side(which is ranked 7th) and a paki team which has hardly played any cricket. And whose young talents are far inferior to the ones in India. In the last series against Indiam they lost 2-0. In the ashes last year, result was a loss as well. So mr ponting and the aussie media, first make bollinger and johnsons take on the flashing blade of sehwag and gambhir and then comment. India is No 1 at the moment, and Bhajjis return to form must be giving sleepless nights to the punter. And Tendulkar is aging like fine wine so Aussies can forget abt snatchinf the No1 ranking from India, who witha depleted side drew with Sa recently

"flashing blade of sehwag and gambhir"
before they flash their blade tait and bollinger would have uprooted their stumps.

Kumar:

There is something known as One Day Internationals...... something to do with 50 overs a side each....

Or maybe you haven't reached the point where they tell you about ODIs..... :)

No problem... when you learn about ODIs and the World Cup etc., you can again return on the forum to review your comments... :)
