because pune blasts have happen and nobody in India can guarantee that something like 26/11 cannot happen...IPL takes place across the country and an incident in a place like Jaipur or even at a place which is not hosting a match but is nearby to it can cause serious panic. Being a foreigner he has a right to be scared.

The ISI and Pakistan Govt is trying hard to show the world that if they think Pakistan is not safe then India is also not safe. Their main target foreigners what they were looking for in Mumbai attacks and in Pune is to show that India is not safe. We should also eliminate our Gadhars in our own country within ours and should not linger in courts.
