Cricinfo reported that the pitch is already behaving like a 4th day pitch. So the situation is not ominous from Indian point of view. To save the match, they have to play atleast until the tea on 4th day.

no it is just slow paced (the spinners are spinning big but it is coming slow so that batsman can see and adjust) so grafters can make huge scores but stroke makers find it hard to time the ball once it gets older and get out due to lack of patience.

The problem is the grafter (the Wall) in the Indian team is missing. Everyone else is stroke maker. Only Dhoni can do some grafting

yes, thats why gambhir and sehwag has to dominate the new ball and get well set, so that bowlers are forced to bowl wrong line and lengths and not set over attacking fields.

you are the dumbest test cricket watcher. Indians bolwed 646 balls to the pair. They could not get them in 100 overs. Whose fault is this ? It shows their abiltiy to bat for long hours. End of the day,SouthAfrica is in No-lose situatin with 3 days, India are on ropes. This is test cricket. If you cant bear it, dont watch it.

Pappu ..I know my cricket better than u.. The fact that u have provided useless stats of 646 delivery doesn't hide the fact the Amla & Kallis play like snail. I and a common test match spectator need STROKEPLAYER & not a nudger /blocker.. Thats why they r biggest BORE..
