ponting is the worst captain and sets a bad example through his behaviour. any asian player may have been banned for atleast 03 ODIs or 01 test but since ICC is governed by whites he got away with only fine.
Aussies think sledging or arguing with umpires show them as agressive team but they are wrong.

I fully agree. Aussie are worst on any field games, cannot bare the losses. They all my be burning with Sachin's achievement also. But this is Pointing's downfall under the law of NATURE.
The foreign media especially the aussies would have been gunning for the saurav's blood, if he had done this. They are arrogant idiots really. Though everyone say that bcci is using their might, but its the aussie players who always gets away after their misbehaviour on the field. They always comes up with such idiotic acts, when they are down in a game. Remember micheal slater claiming dravid's catch during his partnership with vvs laxman when he scored that memorable 281. The tv replays showed very clearly that the ball touched the ground. But slater was seen saying that he caught the ball. So its always been double standards in the game when whites are playing, especially the aussies.

true. the similar act frm ind players wud hv given not only them 2 test ban but also to the capt if it was saurav as capt.
Double Standards..Ponting needs to be banned for next 1 test and 3 ODIs...Sunny was not wrong when he mentioned when it comes to Whiteman, diff standrads ...Ponting cheated then too...Atleast Aus media didnt support him THEN...But he didnt change at all...
Ranjan Mudgalle--The Sri Lankan who is the person in charge of this test match is apparently in terrible awe of the WHITE SKIN and appears to ahve a super inferiority complex vis a vis the white skin. The only reason, Ponting was not suspended is the pigmentation of his skin. We, in South Asia, have to change and get over with this inferiority complex

No way. When white skin does it, it is always different. Soon Psue-dumbo will be online explaining away the complicated decision.
Ranjit now has acted firmly as it is match between two white skin cricket playing country, Had been India , Pakistan or West Ind,he would have become weak knee Seen his earlier decisions when India toured Austrelia.
