WHAT IF YOU COMPLET A CENTURE, IS IT OVER FOR YOU SACHIN. NO WAY YOU COULD HAVE SAVED THAT MATCH. I AM NOT COMPARING YOU TO VVS LAXMAN BUT YOU COULD ATLEST HAVE TRIED TO SAVE THAT INNING DEFETE.

unadkat was also one of the members of the team and had to face the bowling. you cannot have another batsmen shielding him. he has to face the music. it is good, with this criticism perhaps he will prepare himself better for such a situation. if bhajji can learn to bat or ishant sharma and other tail enders why not unadkat? he is selected only because he too is expected to bat! what if at number 11. ravi shastri also batted at number 11, but developed overtime. so your argument is foolish.

I 100% agree. He could have saved us from innings defeat. We were just 25 runs away. But he took a single and gave strike to Unadkat. Probably he wanted to remain unbeaten (for saving his average?). I see a bit of selfishness in sachin. I have always found him to be playing for himself!

Yes; this has surprised many ; while Indian media r praising him for his achievements; why he avoided facing bowlers as soon as he completes century... ; SELFISH!!! At least he could have avoided SHAME-FUL DEFEAT of innings...!!

If u see the cricket keenly u will see 100s of controversial decisions taken by various cricketers. So while the decision also amazed me. Highlighting the point for several days shows your biased nature for a person.

sachin has won or saved a test match with 39 of his 50 test centuries. no other batsmen is any way near that. not even don bradman.
