Not if Congress has its way, examples Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad (accepted) and Netaji Bose (REJECTED)..Congress man, Congress decides how when and where we sha it.
Sad that a person who has done so much for the country isnt been honoured .22 years on,carries a billion hopes evrytime he plays a match.If he doesnt deserve it no Indian should get it.Salute to you sir you are the greatest cricketer to have ever played cricket.We are priviliged to watch you play for India.
I dont understand as to why there is so muc hatred towards Sachin. Are all the people who are commenting on this forum, actually rediff people themselves. Sachin is selfish player, he only scores 100 and india loses match . he never wins finals.
Every game in the world cup is like a final. if a player helps the team to get into the final he has done his job and if he does not click in the final then we shud not crucify him. its a bad luck on Saching part that he is not delivered in the FINAL match which tends to cast a shadow on his achivement leading to the FINAL match.
and finally. i dont understand one simple logic and would really like to debat on this. IF ONE IS DOING HIS JOB THEN WHY SHOULD HE BE CHUCKED OUT. If you give your best in ur respective profession and you succeed as well. should u get appreciation for your work or should get fired for performing..
Even at 37 yrs of age Tendulkar is still getting hundreds. SO WHY SHOULD HE BE SACKED? IS THERE ANY PLAYER IN THIS WORLD, YOUNG OR OLD, performed or can perform like him in TESTS at this point in time. IF HE IS TO BE REPLACED THEN BY WHOMMM.. RAINA is a so called YOUNG BLOOD you guys talk about . has the same YOUND BLOOD GOT THE TECHNIQUE FOR THE TEST. Can any player in this country bat better in bouncy wicket apart from SACHIN AND RAHUL..
IF none then WHY SACK SOMEONE WHO IS PERFORMING> WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE SACKED FOR DELIVERING THE GOOD.

Really feel that people like Rajiv Gandhi and Lata Mangeshkar were not really deserving of Bharat Ratna. Would like to know if Bhagat Singh was awarded the Bharat Ratna posthomously? He is one of the most inspiring individuals. People like Sandeep Unnikrishnan deserve the Barat Ratna more than overhyped people like Sachin

perfectly said... Sachin i dont deny is not a great batsman byt he has never ever played when required .. If it was his 50th test century then first of all he should have tried to save the test which he didn't.

Your comment shows how stupid,idiot & dud you are. Sachin remained not out. In cricket you need two batsman to play. It was not a singly wicket tournament. He has no support at the other end.

I think you are being a bit harsh on Sachin. If the 2003 World Cup Final is what you are talking about, don't think India had any chance. India was decimated after Australia scored 360. There was no way back for India from that situation.

Triseries are not world Cup...Secondly its a team game...NZ had Richard Hadlee they never won it, WI had Brian they never won it in his time..Thats doesnt mean those players are any less..WC winning is not a criteria for any Awards...
Here onwards Bharat Ratna should be auctioned. Whoever is ready to shell out the maximum money should be given the Bharat Ratna. I am quite sure that Hakla Shahrukh Khan will buy it.
