THE GREAT WALL OF INDIA.
by suresh kannan on Dec 22, 2010 04:34 PM

DRAVID! He is one of the batsman to score 10K runs in both the format of the game. Hope selectors are in the revenge mode and dead against him, particularly the Luckiest captain Mr. Dhoni whose winning ratio is the best with others contribution. This WILL be Dravid's and Sachin's last outing into the World Cup. Let us give us the youngsters a chance, but not at the cost of Dravid's experience. I don't know how many remember's this, he is the only Indian Batsman to score 50 runs of just 22 balls in the ODI which is second best after Ajith Agarkar. I hope the Great Selector is not building a great team. Rotaing the team is unnecessary. HATS OFF to " THE GREAT WALL OF INDIAN CRICKET" - RAHUL DRAVID. I miss you.

Super Srikanth to exclude Karnataka men
by SRIKANTH S on Dec 21, 2010 09:50 PM  | Hide replies

Thanks a lot Srikkanth to omit Karnataka men. Uttappa, Pandey, Mithun and Dravid are ignored again, and we are sure that Vinay will not be selected in Final 16. We all from TN are greatful of you.

Title by KRIS
by bn yalamalli on Dec 20, 2010 08:57 AM

The News title made to order by Kris

Yes, not a surprise. But Kris has gone to the extent of not keeping them even in 30.In the list of 30, he has taken care not to keep a single player from Karnataka, the likes of Robin Uthappa,Manish Pandey,Abhimanyu Mithun. And to do this, he has put 4 wicketkeepers in 30.Good sportsman spirit displayed by Kris.

There is no doubt that Irfan's career has been singularly spoiled by Krishnamachari Srikkant.

The cricket lovers look forward to his retirement from the selection board.

there is great dhandli in selection of top 30 players for world cup and it was a good opportunity to win the word cup but that's almost gone.
there is no need of 4 wicketkeepers in the top 30.
Dravid and uthappa must be in the team.
there is some wrong thing going on in the cricket association.
this should not be happen.....!

We know that Uttappa is a great one day finisher, but where is the place? Uttappa and Pandey, let them watch the game in TV.. Kumble, Srinath, Prasad, Dravid, Joshi, Vishy all played and ruled, its time for tehm to watch the game on their TV Sets.
We all are happy that Karnataka men are not selected.

Thank God draavid has been dropped. So many many chances for this unfit player which has denied many youngsters who are much better than him from getting a place in the team. His days are finished and he should have the grace to retire gracefully, but he will continue and get his name tagged along with the real stalwarts like Sachin, Lakshman - thanks to his support from a biased media & fanatical supporters.

Cheeka and Dhoni;s Worlcupformula - select inexperienced players
by Talisman on Dec 19, 2010 01:05 PM  | Hide replies

When every world cup team picks experienced players, these indian selection morons have packed the team with inexperienced players and failures. They have left out atleast two must have players.

Dravid and Utthappa.

Where is the need to have four wicket keepers (Parthiv, Saha, Karthik and Dhoni)?

What have these people done to be picked? The hair brain Cheeka would say, they did well in
the IPL.

Why would u choose this dump ask failure JAdeja who shames the term all rounder. Who is the uncle that sponsers this idiot into the team? Is it Dhoni?
