no doubt shewag is great player and i am his fan but frankly he should not blame randhiv for bowling a noball. frankly noboady knows if has done it delibrately except for randhiv himself. the reason why i have shewag should speak about sportman spirit is in a test match against india vs SA the Amla and Morkel the last pair were playing to save the test match and they have seen off more than 20 overs. With less than 10 overs left in the day for SA to save the test match shewag has delibrately kicked the ball over the boundary line to keep Amla off the strike so that our bowlers can take the wicket of morkel. How ever upmires have noticed that fined india by awrading 5 runs to SA. What does this mean to shewag - sportsman spirit players who do not have sportmanship qualities have no right to give speech about sportmanship

There is a big difference over here. Sehwag kicked the ball in order to give India a chance to win. How does Sri Lanka's prospect to win improve by deliberate no-ball?

nobody cares about century but for any player saving the test is a priority. amla and morkel were giving their best to save the test match for SA by fair means what shewag was doing is to win a test match for india by unfair means. if i am not wrong SA required just under 5 overs to save the test match when shewag has kicked the bowl delibrately over the boundary line. If any othet team had done the same this with us probably u or anybaody would not forgived that player. players act of sportmanship should not be detremined by the our nationality. Shewag act was clearly visible how can u prove that randiv did it delibrately we dont have anything to prove but just to speculate. I still hold my opinion shewag has not right to blame any player when his own hands are not clean . One more thing saving tests or winning test for your/our country is more important than a century

you are not getting the point.
When swhwag kicked the ball over the boundary he was trying to win the match for India. There was nothing unsportsman like in that.
But what lanka did was out of sheer jealousy, and a very cheap attitude, that we will deprive you of a century , doesnt matter if we ourselves are not benefiting.
It was a very cheap thing to do. Lanka did not gain anything from it yet they did that...

trying to win a match by unfair means does not justify one acts. Since shewag was doing it our country it right how can we justify that were the opposition was playing to save the test match. his act if unnoticed would have gone aginst the SA. real sportman spirit is play fair game while ur playing for a win or draw or even when ur playing for lost cause. Real sportmanship is to play ethically in any situation. He may be an india player or not applies to all.shewag was found guilty in the past how can he blame other players

hey Mr. Sudhir. wer r u you are indian. every body think about his achivement their field even me and you also.So please understand that and what they(SL) did esterday is 100% delibrated
viru is the best no doubt in that but wat the bowler did is also right , why should he allow his opposite team player 2 score a century . he is doin his job. in the end India won 7 viru played great ..& tat matter...
When you see that over from Randiv, after 4 byes he actually bowled two balls before bowling that no ball. So he has given shewag opportunity in 2 balls which shewag could not capitalise. And then it was his turn to complete the act the way he(Randiv) wanted. So do not blame randiv. It is sehwag who missed the opportunity twice to score a single. what if it was another bye... bye bye

krishna v, you did not understand what sehwag meant. there was nothing reprehensible about his behaviour. he did not take any personal importance or worry about not getting 100 over india's victory. he just stated a fact. we know how much importance he attaches to records we have seen him getting 100 200 300 with 4 or 6 and he knows the risks involved and got out a few times missing landmarks. he was saying it lightly.

I have seen live telecast and when asked about theincident he has taken it lightly without showing any personal thing. He is such a great cricketer who not worry about personal records and hit sixes to complete his and any indians first triple century. Great player and cricketing temprament.
come on srilanka .u will have to pay this as sehvag will definately try to come up with big ina next game against u.srilanka will have to suffer in a next match.welldone veru .
I think it is fair on the part of srilankan bowler to deny the century.. after all in a game no one would want to take the credit away from others...Well Done India in winning... No idea why such a fuss is being created for missing a century..
