I don't get this .. So say we lose 4 wickets in a row and we are chasing 300 .. are the batsmen supposed to just give up and get all out because thats what you are suggesting.
runs made in a losing cause don't count ? who the hell made that up ?So as soon as you loose 2 wickets, just get all out and don't try because "our runs don;t count if india loses " SERIOUSLY WTF .
Why don't you go in the middle and score the winning runs ? Why are you blabbering BS like this in here ?

bruno you are correct. that does seem to be the problem for the australian bowlers. i have solution for them. they can do one of the two things. either they can stop eating dal and rice. or the other thing is they can take kapil dev as bowling coach and kapil can train how to survive and prosper on dal and rice.

The way our bowlers bowl hardly any ball goes to the wicket keeper - the batsmen hammer them any way .So it is not a bad idea.Hey ,this is meant as fun do not take it seriously.
The Team should also call up Dravid as that would be very good batting practice for Dravid to get some International touch as well as for India if he scores or atleast he can hang around at one end and does not allow another 88 all out.

He won more games for India. Yes sometimes it baffles many .either his bolers are not able to bowl to the plan or he has a blind spot. Sinhles are taken on the on side all the time and he does not plug them.

how did he win more games for india ? how is it that when the team loses , some team member is blamed and when the team wins it is " Dhobi won the match for india"

you are wrong sameer.
when the team loses it is because other players have not supported sachin/other players are useless/ they are only money-minded or unfit (if sachin is playing the match) or because there is no sachin in team.
when the team wins it is because "sachin won the match for india 'single handedly' and 'without any contribution for other 10 players' (if sachin is playing the match) or because of luck/fluke, easy pitch conditions, ordinary bowling attack of opponent, no pressure situation or matchfixing or opponent team doing a favour for bcci for money or whatever reasons (if sachin is not playing)

exactly when was Ajay Jadeja the captain. Barring a few matches when he was a stand-in captain there is no evidence that he was talented in any fashion. He played only in 15 Test matches and captained in 13 one-day matches.He is probably remembered for his role in match fixing.
For all practical purposes even Kapil Dev was not a talented captain. He was a great player and a match winner but not a great captain.
Frankly speaking many of the indian captains were great players but great inspirers of people. Bedi, Gavaskar, Vishwanatth, Kapil Dev, Azhar, Tendulkar , Dravid fall in that category. Srikanth and Anil Kumble did not enjoy that lot a stint. The truly good captains that india had in last 40 years were Patuadi, Wadekar and Ganguly. Dhoni may fall in that categoty but the jury is still ot.

Whats ur problem? Dont you know Dravid was there after Dada and before Dhoni? How AJAY JADEJA was a Talented Captain? He was a match fixer. Becaouse Rediff is not taking any money, you are putting ur non sense comments here and there...

Please remember RD has been killed by the Trojan Horse called Greg Chappel whom BCCI paid tons only he ensured India was knocked out even before the world cup started .Does any one realise the team which was doing very well under Saurav uddenly became a third rate team - add to it we had Kiron More an insult to injury.

madanmohan, why do you think RD has been killed by trojan horse called greg chappel? i think almost all of RD captaincy has been under Greg and except WC he did a pretty good job. under new players policy of greg, dravid as a captain had led india odi team to a record 17 successive odi wins while chasing (team consisted mostly of new generation players)
before retiring for whatever reasons from captaincy dravid was doing a very good job.
