I think Dohni has done the mistake to send Ishant Sharma as a night watchman. We have already lost 3 quick wickets. Now, pressure is on Sachin to deliver, As usual, Having Ishant Sharma on the other end make things difficult for him.

Dude, Dhoni thinks Mishra is another batsman after seeing the way he played in 1st innings. So he can be decisive on 5th day. Anyways if we consider your views Mithun should be nitghtwatchman because he played btter with a straight bat.
if india wins then dhobi will be again hailed as the greatest captain cool by bought media... and if they lose then blame will be as usual on master blaster...
greatest captain cool is responsible for india chasing 250 otherwise it would have been 125 or so odd runs... when mendis/samarveera were building inning he should have tried other occasional bowlers like raina and ignored member of famous 2001 kolakata win ...(if it was not for his 3 vital wicket including hayden and gilchrist india would have certainly lost the match)...

arvin g, do you know that, that occasional bowler who took those 3 wickets has refused to bowl? what do you think should be done about that?
BTW that occasional bowler is a specialist batsman. dont you think he should perform better in that department? do you know that that occasional bowler or a specialist batsman who has a habit of creating crunch situations or adding to the crunch situations, had done his usual duty in that 2001 kolkata win also by scoring 10 runs in the first innings and 10 runs in the second innings?

he will frustrate your hope by losing his wicket with needless stroke. if he wins for India today, all hails to HIM. if he fails. then what else i can say?
These were the kind of situations gavaskar, waugh, lara used to prosper, which means, they deliver when IT MATTERS!
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ...... Waugh and Lara? Can you please tell me just 2 centuries scored by Waugh and Lara each in the 4th innings of Test matches? Just 2 centuries each, and I'll accept what you said.

Ok, let me spill the beans for you.
In his entire career, Steve Waugh scored ZERO centuries and just 2 fifties @ an average of 25.54 in 4th innings of Test matches.
As for Lara, in his entire career, he just scored 1 century (compared to Sachin's 3 centuries) @ an average of 35 odd (lower than Sachin) in the 4th innings of Test matches.
