in election the capacity/resources of the candidates is also taken into consideration for contesting on behalf of a party. in addition, the confidence the party supremo has on the cadidates for complying with his wishes, ability to ignore the shortcoming and not raise question on the wrong doing/corrupt unpricipled actions are also factors that determines giving the candidate seat to contest the election. his professional competency, his vision and past actions for developement of the nation, state are the last factors that may be considered.

There are stories circulating that IPL was Modi's dream this has been more so preached by Modi himself and his glamour surrounding like priety zinta, shilpa shetty and shahrukh khan and Mallya.
IPL was a copy of ICL and ICL copied the pattern from western football leagues and the english county cricket.
Modi's baby / dream etc was making allegedly fraud money for himself.
Its really painful to hear what all is being moving on in the media for some days...for definate there is something fishy and there are few scape goats....the bigger the scape goat the bigger the scandal.....looks to be bigger people involved...for sure sharad pawar the mafia don of his age is involved and many more......modi is the inventor of IPL and whatever he has done till date is extra ordinary and really different from what has been done before...when 1st IPL was done...BCCI and many other groups were keeping their finger cross whether this will be succesful or be waste...it was good...and modi saw to it that it was good...when ipl 2...it was forced to be shifted to south africa...people though its gone...but again modi proved his mettle...then when it came back....it was sure a big one and a huge success...then everybody opened their eyes....with 1500 crore for pune ...it was over...all greedy eyes were waiting to get in....and Modi was not ready for bargain...it was his time to prosper....poor guy shashi tharoor was hit and know modi will....and the all dangerous gang of pawar mafia will remain to rule....Modi made only once mistake....by taking with Tharoor and exploding into our media which is dangerous then a leech...its know sucking modis blood...but the fact remain bad does more bad....also remember all cunning people are intellgient but all intelligent is not cunning..same way all inteligent people are not corrupt but all corrupt are cunning.
Dear Lalit Modi, If you are innocent then dont loose faith in you and god, fight for yourself, we indians are with you....prove urself innocent...but if you are guilty then also admit that...in that case also we'll be with you.....as atleast you have done something good for the indian cricket for creating such a fabulous and large event...many of the politicans including some chief ministers are also forging indians....then why only you...atleast you gave us a lot of happy and cheerful moments...inspite of some politicians who only knows to take not to give...

charges were not proved and he got the permission to fight election.Because of his popularity he got the flawless victory. I am sessing some jelous feeling here.

Why did the BCCI ban him if they were not convinced about the charges ? He is guilty...and he won because of the muslim card played both by him and the congress.
Its really bad time for indian cricket that we are losing one of the greatest cricket administrator like lalit modi.... Thanks for lalit to give such a great sporting event like IPL....
media is going any length to broadcast cooked up stories... good to see that the media were not allowed...modi has done good job as ipl man...about corruption..why single him out...so many politicos are expert in corruption....and if azhar can become m.p. after being crowned as match...why to fear...

yes. there is a lot paid stories and stories to derive futue benfits for the media editors and barons.
yeh tou ekdum hero bungya tha saala... khudko Amitabh bachchan samjhne lagatha... SET MAX ne tou hud kurdi.. iski biwi bachey sabko telecast kar karke.... cut to short... IPL is a success because of cricket... but he portray himself as the IPL hero... so the hero is going to be 0... n cricket and IPL will prevail..
