absolute power
by pradeep sreesh on Apr 24, 2010 07:57 PM

This is another case where absolute power corrupts absolutely . All this is amply clear when no one else knows what is happening to indian cricket and bcci. Same mistakes(jaghmoan dalmia incident) and incidences keep happening again and again. to err is human but to make same mistakes again and again is unpardonable.i feel luckily another Gill in making as in case of hockey has been avoided else cricket would be in the same condition as that of hockey

Modi's Mistake
by iota on Apr 24, 2010 07:42 PM  | Hide replies

1. He did not bend in front of Sonia Gandhi family and fall at their feet.
2. He did not bribe Ministers and Babus.

In india it is IMPOSSIBLE to follow all rules, without breaking 10% of them.

How many licenses are needed to run a Hotel legally in india?
200

Is it possible to get all 200 licenses without paying bribe? Legal way will take you 10 years to start a hotel.

THIS IS INDIA. THE MOST CORRUPT REGULATED NATION IN THE WORLD.

by bak bak on Apr 24, 2010 07:30 PM

what the pawar team did with jagmohan dalmiya, they r repeating it with modi......only these 2 made india the richest cricketing nation in the world....these kind of gimmicks will lead them no where except for failure.....corruption is part and parcel of indian life......by the same yardstick, majority of the politicians and bureacrats have to be first sacked and jailed!!!

He is the through Gentleman. He has bought sports a long way. He promoted cricket like anything, now we have so many players, because of his efforts cricket is propering. Some people who are not trusting modi is made. They think he is corrupt. But mind tell me that he is very good man. There is no corruption in IPL. It is all rumour. I urge all people not to believe on rumors.

You have gone nuts, Mr. Chandran, to call Modi a gentleman. He is undoubtedly corrupt. He made a lot of money from every delaing. He behaved liked a dictator, taking decisions on his own without taking into confidence the Council Members.

Fools like you only gave him this sort of power to do what he wants cheating the public.

We, Indians, believe in wrong and dishonest politicians. Otherwise, there will not be so many corrupt people in power at the central and state governments.

Our aim is to bring in leaders who are young and selfless unlike Pawar and Modi.

If you still support Modi, you should get yourself checked in a mental hospital.

Modi is the CEO of the Brand IPL. He need nt take anybody's advices as he is supposed to run the brand. atleast he is nt like the ministers or the Netas. Entire life they do anti national and inhuman things. Modi was not into a NGO. He is a professional. If also he has done something unethical, then also we should not throw him out of the IPL. It would be a big mistake. Who thought cricket in theaters. But this man showed the way. Also we should not forget that we are also not 100% truthful to ourselves.

I too support Modi. IPL is bridge between cricket and industry. So one can not expect every thing should be done legally. Otherwise this kind of mega events are not possible in so small period.
