But dada was a pure pain to watch while batting, I mean he is totally gone, his running is horrible, he just wont run for singles and one 4 every now and then doesnt make any difference,,,,,BTW, KKR is my favourite team despite its owner being a Paki or anti-indian whatever you call him,,only because of Dada

why did then KKR won only when Gangu scored.... u might feel pain watching or doing anything.... but that doesnt change truth....
You state that he had two scores of 100 and 73 respectively and he made 82 runs in the remaining 12 innings. The total comes to 100 73 82=255. You say his runs total was 333. Doesn't add up.
First we can think about indian football. just try to support them as they are going to participate in asia cup..i am sure still now, football loving keralites are not even know about this acheivement. After the AFC challenge cup final i asked one guy regarding that great acheievemnt.he said of soory i was not aware of the touramen t and he watches only EPL ,laleague.(this guy is agood striker in our village team and even played in block panchayat and jilla panchayat level).i got surprised...u know what australians done(now ranking 19 in world, failed against india 7-1 on 1956,now we cannot beat their U-23 team).aussuies given importance to national team, selected foreign born players ,due to that ,national team made good performance.( reached quarter final 2006 W.C).slowly local players also tried to reach that level..ultimately they got a good local players....so please promote national team.eraly we had lots of malayelees in indian team, viajayn,jo paul, sathayn.jiju ,asif,igenious...but there is no big acheivemnts...we need strong people like punjabis, they are the descenants of europenes..definetly tehy and kashmiries can make a difference in indain football
Tommorow grouping for asia cup will come..hope we will not be in the group of austalia and japan...i think India,Qatar, saudi arabia, jordan is the suitable group for us...may this will be a turning point..
Cant take it Dada failed as a captain!!!!! Seeing the condition of KKR is the last season would you really feel that Dada didn't boost up his team's morale this year!!!!!! Some bowlers who have international cricket experience of more than 5 years cudn't perform to the expectation!!! Sum international p[layers also cudnt live upto the expectation..As a captain in many instance he led from teh front but u also wud need other players to perform. Its unjust in saying that he failed as a captain!

"Can't take it Dada failed as captain"...thats the problem with you Kolkatta fans! You guys have big bloated egos which stop you from using discretion when it comes to analysing a local hero. Whatever Dada has done for India is history. No doubt he was one of India's best captains but did not demonstrate the same skills and authority in IPL.
The point has reached where one has to accept the fact that Ganguly is now a spent force as a captain and more so, as a batsman. He may be a tiger but has grown old. Old tigers cannot hunt!

I am not from West Bengal . Ganguly did a great Job as captain both the years he led . This year his performance as a batsman barring few matches was also exceptional .
Major reason they didn't enter the last 4 stage was failure of other Indian crickters except Dinda , M Karthik and M.Tiwary (A few games ). Overseas players also failed except Bond . Injury to Charles .L also made things difficult for KKR.
Don't blame a person who has done well for the failure of team

vERY TRUE.To add to the above , I would say , Ganguly and Coach had to do a lot of tinkering as many of the players failed to perform forcing them to change the team again and again .
Many of the real floppers were missed and Poor DADA was added despite scoring and doing a great job

we are not blaming him for his efforts but for some of his decisions like keeping M karthik out when he did good the previous match.those kind of decisions hurt him too much as no one was allowed to settle and thos ewho did are seated for the next game. hope he can do better next season

Its really shocking to C Dada in list of failures. He is the 3rd highest scorer in IPL3 till now. IF u talk abt Strike Rate..Its no use having a strike rate of 170 & avg of 10-15. Please note that Except for two matches..KKR have won matches when dada has fired. The diff between him & the second highest scorer in KKR is 200 runs. So,that proves it all..& lastly bt not least if u question his captaincy its really ridiculous. The reason for KKR s failure is only because of weak Indian players. Except Dada, Dinda, Murali & Tiwari (in 2 matches) no body cud contribute. Also the foreigners weren't gr8..

just for your knowledge.... karthik was injured.... DADA had nothing to do with it... :P

Muarli Karthik was never kept out. For your kind information, he was injured in the matches he did not play. Yes, Dada, made some mistakes in team selection. Bond shud have played in every match since he arrived. C. Pujara shud have been at # 3 through out. Ishant Sharma shud have been dropped permanently afyer 1st 2-3 matches, Mandeep Singh shud never have played... he batted at # 3 in 2-3 matches. Against CSK at Chennai he got the team horribly wrong.
For certain good payers IPL style does not suit. it is fast and furious hit ..and run . that is not really cricket For example, Sreeshant is the fastest bowler India has. he will shine in foreign pitches very much
Ganguly, Sreesanth and yuvraj were the players who totaly let there team down. Ganguly was best in his time but he should understand that he has grown old and should cricket altogether. Sreesanth should open his tourism business in Kerela. This man is good for nothing. Ganguly was the best in his time but this overhyped cricketer is such a waste. Yuvraj is a good batsman but he should keep his ego apart.

sreeshanth is the most authentic looking (next to originaland does not need make-up)) for the role of s-u-g-r-e-e-v in the ramayan epic going to be made by George Lucas similar to star wars triology.
