All political leader are more dishonest and corupt than Mr.Modi - at least he made thousands of crores to BCCI - and he provided to lot of entertainment to World of Cricket - he done a pentastic Jobe compared to what he ate in the Mess - He worked Hard and he took money - but political leaders like Mulyan-Lalu_Powar are looking people money

Stop Watching IPL matches
by Sudhir Menon on Apr 26, 2010 11:26 AM

I would blame the general public for being crazy about cricket because the money earned by IPL and BCCI is based on the viewership and ticket sales of the matches. Even after all allegations of money laundering and match fixing tumble out, the foolish Indian public watched the finals on TV as well as in the stadium. Unless we force the BCCI to clean up the muck by boycotting the matches this murky IPL tamasha is going to continue to fool us.

All are cheaters
by rohit singh on Apr 26, 2010 11:24 AM

Be it any poitical party or IPL govng council or BCCI or any Cricketassociation. All are the in same boat, but only Modi'd is targeted.

Why they case of ms patel is off the media now. Where is the daughter of Mr. Pawar gone. She also hold 10% stake in a Team. Powerful people.. so they are off the air...NCP is stronger than Cong( this is clear example of Indian Political League).. If one man steer the show and then i think he is leader and successful man. I still doubt that Modi' is the only one. There will be many more Poiciticans and IPL members and cricket associaten ppl involved in this.

They are. Look at the profiles of BCCI members such as Rajiv Shukla, some Shah, Arun Jaitely to name a few. They are all involved in some kinda scams in the past and yet they have hold the office by hook n crook.

A Bolly wood Film
by ojama on Apr 26, 2010 11:06 AM

Now is the oppurtune moment for Bollywood Film makers to cash in on the IPL Potboiler and make an apt bollywood Blockbuster. Are Mahesh Bhatt, Ramgopal verma & KJ Company listening, as they were very eager to make a flim on Mumbai Terror Attack.

In IPL case, every body, except, the Ministers, Polticians and BCCI would gladly lapp it up. Good luck to the Film Producers.

NCP & IPL
by valuebuyer on Apr 26, 2010 11:04 AM

NCP can only be termed as NAtional Corruption Party & IPL as Indian Politican money Laundering league with the likes of Praful Patel & Sharad Pawar at the helm of affairs with active support of goons like Vijay Mallya and Badale supporting this movement.
This IPL has proved to be the biggest shame for the most popular game in India and a shame to all the youngesters aspiring to take up cricket as a career. These murky pliticians should face a public trial as in Saudi arabia and stoned in front of the public.

Best End Result in the Governing Council Meeting
by Fourth Umpire on Apr 26, 2010 11:01 AM

BCCI (Body of Corrupt and Criminal Indians) should tear down IPL (Indian Professional Liars) and Modi should tear down BCCI. ICC should take a note of both sides of the stories and use it as a reference to ban both. Good riddance
