Sharad Pawar is playing double game for his own vested interests - sumthing that he is known for, for years now. Whether Modi is bad or not, who d hell is this Pawar in the capacity of an Agriculture Minister is to talk bout punishments and act upon on him? That Pawar has underworld connections is a well-known fact - he still thrives as he has held d Central Govt. for ransom by being a Partner to it. By making Shashi Tharoor go, he has dealt a blow to Congress in terms of loosing an MP, and more importantly the party image. And then, by ousting Lalit, he wants to have more say n control in the nations cricketing affairs. Does this moron have any inkling of the quatum of farmer suicides? Does this moron has any inkling of the price rise? Ironically, he does not have an inkling as in the caopacity of an National Agri Ministry, what is he supposed to do to address this dangerous situiation. Instead he is more intrested in weakening the ruling Govt., and poking nose into Cricket. He shud b immediately ask to choose between Agri Ministry and Cricket, and criminal proceedings shud b initiated against him for 1) amassing wealth more than known sources of income, 2) underworld connections, and 3) complete failure in addressing farmer suicides (rather suicide abetment) and price rise.

Sharad Pawar is the most corrupt politician in India with great abilities of connecting people and making them work unethically to make money and share a part of it.
He has created a gang of looters all his life. They loot using various methods and they are protected by Pawar using his political clout. Then these people share the looted money with Pawars.
HCC is building a big city LAVASA along the banks of Varasgaon backwaters. It is just beyong imagination how one could get forest & environment clearances for such a Project within no time. 25 kms of Water front, both sides. The people buying properties would be mostly among the looters. They will throw their shit in the reservoir and the same water will have to be used by people of Pune to drink.
IRB Builders, the greatest Toll mafia as called by Vilasrao Deshmukh, takes the tolling contracts paying nuts to the Government. Because there are no competitors. How - Pawar calls up the competitors at the last minute of bidding time and makes them stop from bidding. The glaring example is Pune Bombay Express Highway.
IPL is now well known to everyone. The collection of looters is the stamp of Pawar's style of working.
Earlier the Sugar factories and their directors looted the farmers with the blessings of Pawar. Still this looting is going on but most of the factories are in bad shape because of such looting. In between he takes money from Govt. to bring these sugar factories in shape.

That money again goes to the looters who are with Pawar.
Remember the Farmers debt and the Central Govts. paying for their debt. Which farmers got that money. Whose debt was cancelled. You will find that all the big farmers who are economically in upper bracket such as Grapes producers who export the grapes, Sugarcane growers who run the factories got the benefit. These big people, the looters created by Pawar, got the maxinmum money and the real needy farmers never knew about this generous help from Govt.
Most of the builders in Pune are Pawars close. Why? He allows them to loot through Govt. land grabbing, twisting Govt. rules. The builders loot from common people and that share goes to Pawar.
It is a great shame that such a crooked person is in Power for such a long time. His nephew is carrying further his legacy. Nobody dares talk against Pawar's. Everyone is scared about their fate. - What happened to Dnyaneshwar Agashe & his family could happen to any person taking on Pawar.

Narendra Modi is still in obscurity!! BJP and Congress worked out a formula to save this guy!! Congress is saving Narendra Modi not going after him with enquiries!! In return, BJP is keeping quiet on IPL business!!
If underworld connections are brought to the day light, then all parties are equally injured!!! Nobody wants that!!
ppl like Sharad Pawar, Narendra Modi, Jetlie, Praful Patel, some bigg boses in Congress circles and in business circles like IPL Banglore owner, Sahara chief etc. will come against Congress in the wake of an enquiry about the sources of money!! So this issues will be burried alive!!
Only Tharoor and Modi will go! Pawar and ppl like Narendra Modi are safe!! What kind of justice is this!!
With this kind of background, Sharad Pawar cannot contest for ICC Chief position!! This is going to be the next chapter!!!

Corruption is omnipresent. Lalit modi is an upstart. He just copied the ICL format and used BCCI's backup to make this IPL as a commercial success through under table transactions. This is what happen when undeserved people assume high offices. They just can't keep their hands off the cookie jar!

All people commenting here seem to have decided that Lalit Modi is the culprit. But have you asked yourselves that all news are just allegations & they could be ex-congressmen or others jealous of him. Has Modi himself come out with a statement? Please listen to both sides & then pass judgement
in maharashtra thousands of farmers commits suicide every year. Congress, NCP goverment doing nothing , but to gave tax benefit to IPL they took no time..Pawar is big scammer ..i dosent understand he had only one daughter..how much he want for her ...how much 000 on 1 he want ..people are suffering from cost rise of normal commodities and he just care for IPL..Ba....
