No prize for guessing,but a lot of politicians are under the payroll of IPL indirectly.Sunanda had negotiated her stake much before gettting Tharoor onboard in the picture.Although Tharoor mistakingly never realized,that it would backfire.Also having a honest man like Tharoor in IPL would mean difficulties in running a scam of gigantic proportion.

Bcoz Modi is probably a front for Sharad Pawar,Modi is like a high profile broker in the IPL.Modi took on Tharoor coz he was confident of Pawar's backing.But Tharoor was not just another politician.I am sure that he will see to it that Sharad Pawar is also dislodged from BCCI.Its just a matter of time. Also Tharoor will now be what is required to be among the powerfull.He has miles ahead and better then Pawar the gutkha chewing politcian like pawar

they thought Tharoor controversy will end when Tharoor is gone.. But, that controversy has splashed s.h.i.t all over the place.. and now they are doing reconstruction measures!
Modi has become a headache for BCCI.. cos of his tweeting and c.h.o.o.t.h.i.y.a.p.a.n. Now they will clip his ears and ask him to sit aside... so that Pawar can become ICC president in June!!
Biggest c.h.o.o.t.h.i.y.a is Pawar! Its going to be a shame for India to have him in ICC.. Imagine how he'll speak English! :-p

All people commenting here seem to have decided that Lalit Modi is the culprit. But have you asked yourselves that all news are just allegations & they could be ex-congressmen or others jealous of him. Has Modi himself come out with a statement? Please listen to both sides & then pass judgement
