Absolutely!!!
He is a convicted felon in the US and has single-handedly destroyed the game of cricket and the social fabric in India with his cheap dukandar-style activities in India.

I am not supporting him nor justifying his past..This time around atleast he brought out the financial irregularities of the IPL money laundering franchise, under the scanner of the IT department..was the IT dept sleeping all this while as money was shuffled in thousands of crores from betting etc?The IT seem more interested in screening marriage halls etc to flick comparitively lesser money from the disadvantaged common man in the name of additional tax than to monitor these behemoths who seem to be where most of the black money is with
IPL is just an example. 99% companies in India don't follow business ethics and they evade tax. People who are liable to pay tax find thousands of ways not to pay it.
Indian companies find loopholes in everything. A classic example is McDowell’s Soda advertisement. Law prevents a company from liquor advertising and to overcome it, they sell soda with the same brand and then advertise their liquor products under its cover. And the law makers don’t find it necessary to stop that by making new laws for stopping them from making of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products under the same brand or label.
And the companies who try to follow business ethics and maintain standard will not survive due to over indulgence and lackadaisical attitude of various law enforcing authorities in India. People who try to keep values and dignity in life, I mean people who are righteous, will be crucified.
This all happen because Indians lack self discipline, morality and dignity.
I say in a Democracy, Governments’ responsibility is not to ensure welfare to the ‘public’ but to ensure welfare and enjoyment to those who are righteous. When governments do this, the public will gradually become righteous.

yes i agree with u n tax not being paid by business house. but what tax people were doing when first auction took place and the price tag that was attached to it. the tax people should have pulled IPL then and there. what is the use of making a raid now when even a common men can understand that tax being avade by all IPL so called franchisees

If 99% of Indian Companies work the way you say they do, the problem is not with the Companies. The problem is with the system. What has the Govt done to correct the system? Why did such attitude start in the first place? All that you are saying are just symptoms. The cause is simply the wrong method of Governance that has been selected for India. In just 62 years, the rot has set in so deep that it is probably impossible to correct any thing now. An ex-PM had said that India is shining from the outside, but it is moth eaten from the inside.
I never liked the concept of people like shilpa and zinta bidding for gr8 players. They should stick to what they do best that is dancing around wearing skimpy clothes. The gr8 game of cricket has been dirtied by the mix of such people like modi, pawar etc who will never understand what is cricket as they have never played it I guess. For them cricket is just a money making machine.
