IPL is a great source of making black money and this tourni has ruined the class and style of our age old cricket status. When Tharoor is thrown out then, LALIT MODI should be booked immediately, failing which he will continue to create a mess in Indian cricket in the name of this bloody tourni. Yes, IPL is responsible for inadequate supply of water in the city as they wasted costly water badly.

Why should it be banned? No sort of underworld is there, only some improprieties, which will also be tackled and done away with. On other hand, the IPL will emerge after this, after all impurities are removed and system streamlined better. Every league goes thru the same, even English Premier League went thr this and even the ones in the USA.

Its a fishy report. Wonder how Rediff got it? I read write ups by Jacques Kallis and Mike Hussey in Times of India newspaper, they never said such like things.
Even Sangakarra said that it is all part and parcel of life and life goes on.

None were never scared and never were in doubt that the match will progress smoothly after that. None of the foriegn players said such like as claimed by Smith. Maybe an odd two or thres players.

Yes it is a part and parcel of life if neither you or any of your family is injured. The players would be protected anyways, it is the common spectator who will be injured in the blasts or in ant other related incident like stampede due to th eblasts.

Wake up man life is not all about IPL

Who is responsible for price rise and bombs outside karnataka, BJP is not in power in centre or most of the states, dear friend instead of blaming BJP for everything in India, please spend some time in understanding some of the basis knowledge of why prices are rising, why there is so much of violence in the word. India will be much better if people stops blaming BJP for everything and do their responsibility asa citizen of India.

Dirty reports
by V SR on Apr 19, 2010 02:25 PM  | Hide replies

These journalists know how to sensationalize everything. Few anti-Indians wanted the IPL matches to be disturbed and these media fully support these people in the name of security threats. The match that day was delayed for one hour and only after police completed combing operations and allowed the match to go ahead. And it was with full consent of both the team and their management, the match was played. Now these people quoting some unknown souces says the players were pressured. Do we want to give into the hands of anti-Indians who are hell bend in distrupting the game or we give them fitting reply.

"...completed combing operations ...". I believe they found another live bomb the next day ? Well they need to get a new comb. The current comb can be used on Yeddy's head only, and of course Bidari's.

Many people around you or your place store bombs for such kind of activities, so that means you should not go out or should not go in because of being afraid of it. please talk sense. It was good that the match was played otherwise what would have happened in the subsequent matches is that, bombs are found 1km away and match is getting abandoned because of fear.
