As per law of the land these are cases lodged by State on the basis of complaint received as FIR.These are not petty cases which can be withdrawn by the complainant.Where cognizence has already been taken how they can withdraw without a highcourt judge order.Rediff is requested to verify with Hyderabad police regarding withdrawal of the case.
If the Hyderabad police dont have any other work then better they should ne sent to the Naxal area to fight with the Maoist. We need a lot police force to fight with the internal terorist. Even it seems that the media is not having any work. Better send them to the Naxal areas to cover the Maoist. Let them interview the terrorist and let the police know the whereabouts of the terrorists.
It is required to know who is right and who is wrong? Guilty should be punished by the law.Hyderabad police is under difficult phase due to communal tension,telengana movement but will be praiseworthy if they conclude the investigation honestly.
