Can Indian tennis superstar Sania Mirza be considered as a “desh drohi” for marrying a Pakistan national Shoaib Malik?
An advocate belonging to Forward Bloc party Srinivasa Rao filed a case of sedition against Sania Mirza in the Banjara Hills police station, stating that she should be treated as an anti-national, if she married Shoaib Malik, who belongs to Pakistan, India’s bitter enemy. It is not yet known whether the police had registered any case against her.
In his complaint, Srinivasa Rao demanded that Sania withdraw her plans to marry Shoaib. “If she still wants to marry him, she should give up her Indian citizenship, surrender all her assets to the Indian government and the leave the country forever,” he said. Well, the more such complaints are filed these days when Sania is in the news for wrong reasons, the more publicity one get.
Ayesha said that Shoaib had "Tortured her mentally & physically". So, IPC 498a was invoked against Shoaib.(3 Years Imprisonment, if convicted)
So now, what happened to those Physical & Mental torture suffered by Ayesha?
Is it a FALSE harassment case & filed ONLY to bring Shoaib to Ayesha & her familiy's terms & demands?
If the PHYSICAL & MENTAL torture are inflicted TRUE, Can anyone do these kind of torture & get away without punishment, by offering the things/Money requsted by the complainant?
Is the IPC Sections of India & Indian Judiciary so foolish & weak?
Can someone RAPE a girl & pay whatever she demands & get away from the law & punishment? (IPC 376)
Can someone commit a criminal offence like MURDER & pay money or provide something to the victim’s parents or spouse & get away from Punishment?
Is it NOT the misuse of laws making fool of POLICE & JUDICIARY, for achieving ulterior motives & demands of individuals?
