Where was the fine when Ricky Ponting commented that India deserved to go out of the tournament when India exited early at 2007 world cup or when ponting pushed Sharad Powar at the Champions trophy presentation held in India. At least this our domestic tournament this should have been only a warning not a fine.

One wrong is not a justification for another. What Gambhir said was definitely in bad taste. There was no provocation from anyone for him to say that the opposite team is bunch of jokers

IPL is a money enterprise... there are no small money in IPL. Fines are in millions (rupees). Just like the income is in millions, the expenditure also shld be in millions!
There are a lot of rules written in IPL. Players rule, match rule... everything is on paper!
Modi was shrewd enough to write all in details to get back a lot of money.... In the end IPL organization committee will be the richest organization in the world...!
