Scrap one day and test. There should be only 20:20. In our country we can not afford waste of time (lakhs of man hours) in watching one or test. Hence there should be 20:20 only. However ICC may also think of T 10 in future. Some times thenafter we may heare that no play only toss that will decide winner. It would be best option to avoid loss of man hours.

parnandij bhai in india nobody quits. Be it a pillum ishtar or cricketeer.
Good idea. Let there be two innings of 25 overs. Permit follow on, innings defeat and also scrap the fielding restrictions. It could be more interesting.
I think its a good idea, but then it will not be a ODI rather it will become a mix of one day test and ODI, this will be just a gamble and I think people will like this new format, but one of the format like ODI or Test has to go away from the field.
