Yesterdays innings was superb and excellent the way he has batted he stopped the mouth of all the Australians.....winning and loosing is part of the game...but he is great player of all the time....Well done master....go head with full enthusiasm.....
yesterday's sachin was one of the best innings played by an Indian batsman, but once again when run per ball was required sachin played an awful shot and got out, this shot reminds me Misbah's shot in the T-20 final and pakistan lost.
It was really an amazing inning..for the last 20 years he is entertaining people all over the world..as a fan what more we need..this inning is a complete package - attacking, innovating, temparament, defence, pure technique...barring one or two T20 shots this inning is based on pure batting technique which is joy to watch..my sincere appeal to all fans is do not expect too much from him..i am sure he will give us same joy in coming years..at the end The Best Batsman in the World..isn't it?

Good observation. I do not remember any ODI where a player has scored even150 (forget 175) while chasing. All 175 plus knocks have been scored by the players when their teams were batting first, (Kapil Dev's 175, Viv Richard's 189, Saeed Anwar's 194, Tendulkar's 186 etc.)

Mr Junior Don.. get ur facts right. Herschelle Gibbs scored 175 while chasing australia's 434 (and thier side won too).

If its a B team,why didnt other players score,if u take out 175(sachins),ind score would be around 175.There wouldnt have been any competation at all

I agree to this. Not trying to take away anything from Sachin however, We also shouldn't forget the Australis's weak bowling attack.

Mr. test... eeven if it ws a Australia B bowling attack.. still u have to stand there and score those runs.. runs do not come automatically.. if thaat ws the case then viru would have scored 200 and yuvi dhoni gautam would have finished the match in 30 overs itself... if we r only talking abt B sides then these same players or players from other sides like ponting gibbs hayden would have scored triple centuries in one dayers against countries like bangladesh n zimbabwe!! ddnt insult sachin if u dnt know a thing abt cricket...

if it was an Aussie B team what did the rest of the Indian team do? did they put their tails inbetween their legs and run? get it straight, Sachin performed under pressure and fought a lone battle and scoring 175 in just 141 balls is fantastic. Another thing is any Aussie team even if a school team will still fight till the end as that is in their Blood to hang in there till the very end. But Sachin was fantastic yesterday.
