they are looking for short term gains instead of long term gains, that is why they allow a game on un-sportive pitches.
Also I do not agree with ideas of calling discarded players like pathans, Uttapa, Dravid etc. Though I believe Rohit Sharma can be given another chance, if he has improved upon his attitude (After getting out making same mistakes, telling everyone that he plays the he plays, no bothering to improve).
I think we should look for a few new faces in batting and bowling as well.
There is also need for giving physiological support to talented young guys so that he is not lost in success and riches that comes in so easily in Indian cricket these days.
Sachin is selfish player, he is only playing for himself and not for the team. Robbin uthpa should be brought instead of sachin and gambhir should open for India with sehwag.

He is playing like he has to score 100 in every match. I have one ques why only sehwag has o take risks and not sachin. Ricky pointing has rightly said that aussies don't fear sachin tendulakr he is just run accumulator these days.

when did ponting say that they don't fear sachin anymore. Did he give interview to you?
Make Tendy BCCI CHIEF, CHIEF SELECTOR, CAPTAIN & OPENING BATSMAN OF TEAM INDIA. GOD FORBID, IF GETS OUT RATHER EARLY, HE SHOULD DO COMMENTARY. That way , we can have best of him.
So many injuries are happened in this series.Firstly lee,after hopes and now sidde. I think ponting lost this series by 5-2 becouse siddle is backbone of bowling attack. I am surprised Dhoni and Co. did not win previous day match Shame on you Team India.

6 main players r not laying n still they look a better side if get in full strength aussie side with bracken, clark, haddin , lee & co they would have trounced this overhyped team 7-0

ICC should reconsider appointing srilankan umpires like Ashok de silva for ODI matches, this inefficient srilankan unpires rob a fair contest in cricket matchs by their poor umpiring decision!
Ashok de silva's wrong decision declaring sachin out LBW ,cost India the 4th ODI against Ausssies.

The world says the same about indian unpires, thats why no indian is in the ICC ellite panel. Lets stop talking about the umpires and play cricket.
irfan pathan should be there in place of ishant. he can bat and field better than him. bowling wise also, he is good than ishant for one dayers. and also bring sreesanth back. Ok he is naughty, but he is a genuine wicket taker. look at the australians, the whole 11 are naughty, espclly dat bloody ponting !!!!!

There is a difference in being naughty and STUPID. I guess thats why ponting is still playing and sreesanth is just dancing in TV shows

The problem with Sreesanth is that he is just one stroke of naughtiness away from being banned by the BCCI itself..
