India team is becoming like domesticated lions. They are brave at home but puccy cats abroad. Now this team is defeating Australians. But the same team was eliminated in the first round of Champions trophy and T20 WC 09. What is the point in winning these inconsequential matches now?

The reason dhoni loves bi-lateral series is they hv a chance to bounce back at any stage,in icc tournaments even a loss of one match could prove costly

You are absolutely right!Indians keep losing the major ICC tournaments like ICC WORLD CUP,ICC 20 - 20 CUP,ICC CHAMPIONS TROPHY. The greatest comedy is that in all these major events India was knocked out at very early stage. These guys are just fit to win these kind of triangle and non prestigious tournaments...

viewers in india always remember only negative things so that they can find reason for criticism.they wont rmember sl,aus,nz or wi victory awat from home.and w.r.t individual players they remember only how mcuh runs they scored last match
This factor has cheated mr.ponting for couple of games, dew could play a decisive role in the 4th odi too,so this time he needs to be extremely careful during the toss
Dhoni is becoming more and more seasoned. His choice of shots, his preference for singles, and where possible, doubles, speaks well of his maturity. Of course, Ponting tried all his bowlers, but in vain. The Kotla pitch was the same for both teams, and Indians played the second innings of the match. When Yuvraj comes good, there is no stopping the Indians.

Madhum both team played on the same pitch, what ponting wants to tell was that the same wicket deteriorated to worse during Indian batting

kavitha, i think u didnt get the point. Both teams played in the same pitch only at different time. The match had equal chances for both. Australia had a better pitch in the morning whereas india had a bit of worn out pitch but had the advantage of dew, which didnt allow the australian spinners to hold the ball well. It was definitely the brilliance of yuvraj and mahi which led them through especially when both are hard hitters but contrary to that they kept them cool inspite of losing 3 wickets at the score of 57 and batted slowly and intelligently to get a good partnership before finishing it off. Great work. Hope it continues!! all the best to team INDIA

It is time to implement SRT's plan of dividing 50 overs to 25 overs each so dew factor will be samefor both the teams.

dhoni bashers can relax now...but sachin bashers would be having ample opportunities to go on...atleast thier star is not contributing and adding more woes for them
