Geoffrey Boycott has recently commented during the Pakistan_Australia series that not even a single bowler in world cricket bowls the 'Doosra' with a straight arm. And he is right. Murali, Saqlain, Malik, Harbhajan, Botha, Ajmal...all these men bowl that delivery using a bent arm. 15 degree limit is the result of the financial muscle-flexing by BCCI and its Asian counterparts. A bent arm is a bent arm, no matter the degree of the bent, and hence it becomes chucking. It is as simple as that.
If some South African is banned b'coz of his action... now hopefully the complaining Srilankans would stop crying and be a sport with the chucking rules.... Malinga is a definite chucker.... ICC's 15 degree bending rule is absolutely hogwash....if someone bends his elbow before delivering... he should be called a chucker.....no bowler in the history of world cricket can bowl yorkers that effectively and willfully... it is purely because of his chucking that he finds yorkers easy....

Yes you are right that Malinga is a chucker. But my question is "Why insult other chuckers by calling Malinga a chucker? B'coz Malinga is not a Baller. He is a thrower of Ball. So he should not be called even a chucker. ICC is definately a Organisation with Blind eyes.
If Botha's Doosra is illegel then Lasith Malinga's bowling itself should be illegal as he is clearly throwing. Nobody seem to take note of it. What is so special about Malinga that not a single comment has been made till date.

There is nothing illegal about malingas action. Refere to the rules before accusing. You should first understand what is chucking.

the total rules are bended and twisted to avoid the racist allegations that the sub-continent players throw at the ICC.... the 15 degree rule is only made to shield the likes of shoaib and malinga.... no one can bowl yorkers that willfully without chucking....this is real world not some chinese martial arts movie... where the hero does everything after some training...

malinga is a slinger alright.. but watch closely for his elbow bend before his deliveries... especially the yorkers... slow motion replays would help....
