Mallinga is the biggest chucker of all. I really dont know why ICC is not looking into it. He is throwing underarm and not one single commentator has the guts to point out. The emperor without clothes....

Malinga's action is not illegal.
At normal times, a human being bends his arm at the elbow while throwing a ball. Malinga does not bend his arm. In fact, his arm is very straight and that does not get accounted as a chuck...

Because, Murali's has a deformed hand and he does not bend his hand, it is already bent. Rather, if you look at it as angle of flexing the hand from the normal position, Murali will be in the limit of 15 degrees.
Putting it is another perspective, Murali does bowl an arm ball and orthodox offspin with the same bent hand. So, he does have a challange on that front and he manages it.
Allowing others bend their elbow (voluntarily) will be unfair for batsmen because bowlers can use straight arm ball as well as bent arm ball (doosra).

If smeone is blind, can he get a driving licence? Deformation shouldnot allow someone unfair advantage. If Murli has a problem in his hand which gives him unfair advantage, his deliveries are illegal and he should be banned. Period!

i dont understand ICC policy and test....Murali's all wicket taking deliveries are unfair...he litterally throws the ball....same is with Harbhajan many times...Murali is the master of throw ball rather spin....and the latest to join teh club is malinga...(greatest throw bowler of the century)...but they are still playing...hats off to you ICC and your policies...when shoibh akhtar delivers a ball more than 145 KMPH it is clear throw ball....
