Coach can make big difference in creating a right kind of atmosphere which in turn motivates players to give their best.
However, I do not think a coach has to be a foreigner.

Where is Yusuf Pathan ? He has contributed in most of the RR wins. How can one forget the superover against KKR. and his blazing knock of 62 the other day.

"" Delhi Daredevils captain Virender Sehwag on Tuesday gave full credit to Yusuf Pathan for powering Rajasthan Royals to the five-wicket victory over his side and said the right-hander just came in and blew the game away with his clean hitting.
He came in and just thrashed the bowling attack, especially I wasn't expecting Vettori to go for so many runs. He is such a wonderful bowler but Yusuf Pathan got it right," Sehwag said after the match. ""
DEAR none in your list has performed in all the matches, including AB DE villiers to Tendulkar.

Rajasthan does not deserve to be in the top 4...Kings 11 have played much better cricket and should eventually make it to semifinals......
These people have disappointed all of their fans in the IPL...i'am especially disappointed by Graeme Smith's poor form for RR and Abhisekh Nayar's inability to make an impact for MI...... DDD is missing great starts due to poor form of Gauti and Sehwag....

Sanath jayasuriya scored a 50 against KKR and gave a good start in MI first match against CSK, So he has not done that badly, Agreed that he is the most destructive batsman in this format, Yet he has not performed that badly :-)
Frankly it is an insult to expect anything from players like Swapnil Asnodkar(in south african conditions and south african pitches), Rob Quiney who is an unknown batsman for Victoria maybe(not sure), Laxmi ratan shukla(when has he played any good innings till now) :-)
Yup some of the players u have mentioned like Parthiv patel have flopped but he also gave excellent starts for CSK by staying at the crease with Mathew Hayden, Jacques Kallis has scored couple of good knocks, Grame Smith has played 1 useful innings but he is flop none the less :-)

I forgot a few flop guys.....Shikhar Dhawan has been a complete flop for MI.....Badrinath had not done too well for CSK, KP was a flop for BRC, Bravo flopped with the bat for MI.....
