frankly speaking saurav is no longer a fit player. He is there in the team because of SRK. SRK knows saurav is Business than cricket. saurav is benali's ego. So good advertisement revenues.

not bengali's but the whole country's. still remember the match against deccan chargers(hyd) where he score 91 in 57 balls and the local crowd was cheering more for him than the local team...!! and u re right that he is business.... in todays market who can assure something like what sourav provides as a package.... only exception sachin...

SRKs publicity stunt fooled all media channels. These people do it for publicity and personal enthu towards fame. bollywood people are experts in fooling media.

may be u r true. But it is also true that many of them are "not not dumb". (-ve of -ve = positive) testing moderator algos
How many local players, Maybe 47, How many got chance to play only 5-6, Even if 1 Kolkatta player is rotated in every match, Poentially 15-20 Kolkatta players would have got a chance.
Now ur sayin only 5-6 that means only 9% of local players got a chance.
Whereas all 5 Pakistani playr played, all Australian players played and all remaining foreign players played, So who is fool now :-)
Well, SCG is 37 or so, isn't he? How much more time does he have in a game that has no place for finesse? (SCG is a finesse player, not a brute force hitter). He can't field, can't bowl (cannon fodder in T20). U mean KKR will fold up in the next 2 yrs? If so, good riddance, and take the rest of IPL with you. Miserable game, this, T20...

KKR only profit making franchise partly because of saurav's involvement... in the last season... all these hogus pogus will go away once the franchise owners start bleeding in a big way.... everyone would auction their teams off... even if they become the champ... so bottom line is SRK will never leave KKR until and unless he is making losses... all these winning the c'ship is bullsh*t...
