Just see ....the second version ...............of IPL is going to be a Total "FLOP"..with most of the foreign WHITE teams not sending their Members...reason Sharad Pawar has Put his hat for PM ship....which no "CON"gress men.amd Woman will relish............ they will ensure that this 2nd edition will be a Flop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What has so far far been Built that INDIA is a Mighty power in world cricket will be be let down by pawar& shah.and will be made a Laughing stock. I fully Support ICL.headed By the GREAT "KAPIL" DEV.who lead the Indian Team to their only WC Title On the whole .its a POW(A)ER.struggle between "CON"gress men.all involved are "CON"gress men......LOL

Niranjan Shah will shortly get his son int the team, albeit as 16th player, even visiting players make millions ! Parthiv Patel has in the past, why cant shah junior? Its all about money, Niranjan knows best.
this absolutely true statement. BCCI is still believes in MIGHT is RIGHT. IPL have taken the idea of ICL and started to shout loudly using their started to throw the muscular power and denying the opportunity to ICL boys. The right path should be IPL should buy ICL that is the only legitimate way. As BCCI is cash rich.Best scenario now is for ICL to sue the BCCI for copying the idea and then behaving in monopolistic ways.

ICL itself has been copied from some football tournament, English Premiere League, I think. So they will not sue BCCI for "copying".

nope, this will haunt us in the long run. someday we will be down, and someone will stick it to us. rather we behave properly. bcci does not represent indians. they are a quasi sporting body. they are nothing but profiteers who dont like anyone else making money without paying them the tax for all things cricket in india!

these guys are shameless. Thats why even after losing RCA, Lalit Modi is still holding posts in BCCI and will head IPL 2, if that happens. Shame on you Mr Pawar & Co. Pl get out of BCCI and let it run by people who have served Indian cricket for ages, the likes of Sunil Gavaskar, GR Viswanath, Brijesh Patel, Syed Kirmany and others.
We agree with the Kiwi comments. We feel that Indian cricket would be better off without the current lot running BCCI. The brazeness of Sharad PAwar and his corrupt and power hungry thugs are killing the sport. Kiwi media should be more vociferous. Please do not show any civilized behaviour to these creatures.

nirnjan shah ha snever ever handled a cricket bat or ball all these are shah brothers are in marketing only and dose not even have played cricket in their street also.
India spends billions of dollars on foreign coaches like John Write from New Zealand, Greg Chappell from Australia, Kristen from South Africa plus white colored physiotherapists etc from foreign countries just to win some home matches. We have not won a world cup match in last 25 years nor are we number one in test cricket but still then we celebrate for the personal achievements of some of our individual players. We forget that it’s because of the MRF foundation and efforts of Denis Lille at Chennai we have been able to produce some class fast bowlers. The president of BCCI is him self a rebel congress man who fought tooth and nail to grill Sonia Gandhi but went on to touch her feet for personal gain and he teaches people like Kapil dev to behave!! HA HA my foot to BCCI
