See dudes u have to understand that previously there where guys who always let the little master down, and that was the time when the team was called 1-man army. But now thats not the situation.Every one performs.Guys like Irfan patan r also capable of turning the tides. When we had Guys like Agarkar during the 1996 world cup when India lost to Srilanka,a statement aroused when one cricketer questioned cant the BCCI pick a efficient 11 from the billion populated nation. So guys like Gunguly should accept the little masters statement and should give credits to Dhoni's men..Jai Ho INDIA

Vettori said,

Sehwag creates a momentum at the top of the order and is such an aggressive player that he can take the game away quite quickly…..I can't explain it better. But we haven't found an answer to Sehwag and that is going to be the difference between the two sides..

Those are finest tributes to a batsman. Sehwag completed his century by a six for the audience used to hour of agony when their hero gets stuck near century.

It is high time people should accept the fact. Dhoni bashing should stop at once. He is really doing wonderful and he deserved all kudos and support, from each and every cricketing loving INDIAN.

Yes right. I don't understand why some morons want Dhoni to be out. What is important, Dhoni scores 100 and India loses, or Dhoni scores zero in all the matches but still India wins? Second choice is desirable.

Captain's effect

Some one reported the averages of all the major current players viz. Sahwag, Sachin, Gambhir, Yuvraj, Dhoni before and after Dhoni took up captaincy. There was a remarkable jump in the post Dhoni period. This is indeed a point to ponder.

It's not Dhoni it's the ZEE TV manager who invented ICL a free market for cricketers... But as always innovators in India are only recognized by Western countries..

After ZEE invented ICL then as usual the copy caterts invented IPL.. Once the place in the team was rewarded financial that's when a Dhoni was possible in the post socialist era of India....

Before ICL a country like Inda couldn't even score one bronze meddle or even win a world cup because of the Nehruvian Socialist mentality...

SO THE REAL HERO OF INDIAN CRICKET IS ZEE TV MANAGER AND GIVE CREDIT TO HIM COS HE CHANGED INDIA .

GET THAT YOU MORONS...

Dude get your facts Right!!!!

It was Modi's Idea, he had suggested it to the BCCI 4 yrs Back itself but was not accepted.

Zee proposed the league much later which was also noyt accepted by the BCCI but he still went ahead with the plan and made the breakaway league.

The only credit that you can give to ZEE would be to have woken up and BCCI and shown to them that this was possible!!!!

MORON WHO????

Dude there r many other facts...we dont see worldclass bowlers around just like there were many in 90's..Sehwag , yuraj Raina, Dhoni and Yusuf r good strikers but they r not of the quality of Dravid,Ganguly, Azhar, Laxman...i m saying in terms of there technique..But they r verygood in striking the ball..
But v knw average is counted on number of runs scored irrespective of strike rate..

It has to b judged on quality of attack..if u go by stats it will not give u the clear picture

The only Change from then to now is the quality of bats that are made.

The quality of bowlers is the same if not better

Sehwag is India's best batsman ever if we take his match winning knocks into consideration.

But DHONI sure is getting carried away.. by fame..

he is behaving like a KNOW ALL and being talking losely of Sachin and other senior players sometime back..don't you all remember his staements when Sachin was at a low a year back ( or so.. )..

BUT SACHIN came back and played such wonderful cricket that Dhoni had to eat his words and now he is more quiet..

He knows that he cannot touch Sachin so he is being intelligent enough not to say anything now..
