no need to hol the elections as the results are alreay known, congress controlled UPA alliance will return to power with thumping majority although rigged (courtesy: navin chawla the fixer) IPL should be scrapped and powers bestowed upon mr.lalit modi to decide the winner (or better still fix the winner) on an annual basis..even if IPL does take place whenever, pls note that the rajasthan royals ain't ever winning it again as mr.modi has been rightfully kicked out by rajasthan cricket association...LOL..!!
When the Home Minister is clearly indicating that the timing is not safe in the back drop of Lahore Shooting and General Election round the corner that time, good sence should prevail on the IPL and BCCI authorities to postpone the tournaments to June/July rather than being adamant in hosting the tournament. God forbid if some misfortune takes place will Sharad Pawar take the responsibility?
There will be tremendous pressure on the security personnel all over the country due to general elections. Why put more burden by holding IPL? Elections are as per schedule and everybody has to exersie his/her voting right. Modi and his colleagues should have know the fact in advance and were ought to schedule the IPL accordingly.
the ipl should be played and should be played in good spirits.. you cant stay dumb because of this terror attacks? give them the answers with the success in every way in IPL..
At Present neither IPL nor Elections are not that important. The govt should take immediate steps to dismantle terror as the region is very much vulnerable to terror attacks. People's safety is more important. All the political parties should come together to solve this problem at once
