It was inevitable.
by Joy Gupta on Mar 04, 2009 09:16 AM  | Hide replies

I am happy it happened. Now it is almost confirmed that more such incidents will happen in Pak and the only option available to stop this free run of the terrorists in that country is to declare it as a "Terrorist State" and the UN Forces should march in for the flushing or cleansing operation. Its borders with all other countries should be sealed.

Pak has no future. They undid themselves.

I think whatever Mr Guha has said is very correct. We cannot turn a blind eye to whats happening in Pakisthan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. They are out neighbouring state and it affects us some way or the other. India's stability is highly dependent on the these states. Unless they are stable and progressing, we will never be able to reach our dream.

policy measures on terrorism
by kssunder on Mar 04, 2009 09:14 AM  | Hide replies

We now should take our own measures. We are surrounded by nearly failed states. We should keep tight vigil over the borders and keep vigil on interstate borders.Whatever happens in the neighbourhood we should only assess its possible effect on us maturely because our voice will not have any effect. Therefore we should focus only on self interest and act decisivily according to the situation and should not show our kneejerk reaction.

by bhat soma on Mar 04, 2009 09:13 AM

I understand that Younis Khan decided to take his team five minutes after the Srilinkan team left instead of going together. Did he smell some thing is going to happen?

The terrorsts have links with LTTE
by kasthuri satyanarayana on Mar 04, 2009 09:13 AM

The war on LTTE in Northern SriLanka has got far reaching repurcussions and the result of SriLankan troops beating LTTE and the ever sceeming LTTE must have struck a deal with LeT in Pakistan to attack SriLankan team by offering the terrorists with huge amount of money. The terrorists in Pakistan now a days are not fighting for their ideology, but for the money.LTTE wanted to inflict a lasting injury on SriLanka by killing all Sinhale players. So there is the logic for this attack
