Unless Irfan is dumped the same way as Joginder sharma and Praveen Kumar takes his place, we cannot win matches.
The 20-20 match in Srilanka was the only match winning perfomance by Pathan in the last 3 years. That win was also due to poor captaincy by Dilshan who used fernando instead of Jayasurya who had figures of 9 runs in 3 overs.

Definitely.. Irfan's priority should be bowling, and in that department Praveen Kumar is better

Kuch bhi bolo yaar......praveen kumar ho ya aur koyi, Irfan is a dull headed cricketer. He deserves not more than 1 or 2 matches in a whole series.
The reasons for the defeat in 20-20 matchs are due to 1. Not adapting to the bouncing conditions & mindless hitting as in the sub-continent by players like Gambhir, yusuf pathan, Irfan Pathan, Sewhag etc...
2. Not playing a specialist bowler like Praveen Kumar in place of either Irfan pathan or Yusuf Pathan. 3.Yusuf Pathan can play only slog shots against weaker bowlers in the sub continent. Otherwise, he is not a great batsman. 4. Irfan pathan's useless bowling is the cause of India’s most defeats. Unless, Dhoni & BCCI realises this, it will be very difficult for us to win outside the subcontinent.
For India to win, the team for the ODI' should be as
Gautham Gambhir for the past 5 to 6 matches is playing loose shots. That is the reasons for Indias defeat in the 20-20 games. Tendulkar, Gambhir , Raina should play through the entire 50 overs. The other players like Sewhag, Yuvraj, Yusuf, Jadeja, Dhoni can go for the hits. Also, either Yusuf Pathan or Irfan Pathan can be played and certainly not both of them since they are suited only for sub continent pitches. Ravindra Jadeja is not in the One day side.He was selected only for the 20Twenty only. So Pragyan Ozja should play in his place and Munaf should play in stead of pathans.
since last few one day games dhoni's bat is not producing runs and his strike rate is also gone down "below 100" because of captaincy load he has changed his batting style which is affecting his batting. dhoni u r a hard hitting champion play like champion.
Recession is not going to get over for the next 2 years. Companies are taking advantage, wasting time of the candidates during interview and not even finalising for the position.

The innings in the 2nd T20 was a pain to watch. Never once did he try to clear the ropes even in the last 2 overs! He was just winding up the bat high and making poor contact with the ball. I think his sole aim was to remain not out so that his rating didnt suffer!
Dhone is not at all a thinking leader, just by luck and others contribution he is winning. He is not at all utilizing his resources on time, example yuvraj bowls instead of sehwag and most of the time depend upon seemers
