kaif fan

I think that kaif should have been better option in case other players are injured.he should have been given a chance.players like dhoni and yuvi are not fully fit and they are playing continuously from many many months.players like kaif are best option in the present conditions.

he is already out of contention in any form of cricket, he is thrown out of odi's, tests and now sent back from the ipl, If you dont play cricket the baseball way, you are out of cricket. Poor kaif, now he should be ready to lose his captaincy from UP. From Hero to Zero.

One Request
by Bud Wiser on Jun 24, 2009 06:13 AM  | Hide replies

It is my humble request to all true indians not to watch or follow the india - WI series.

This way only we can teach our cricketers especially Dhoni and Co a lesson.

They take everything for granted thinking that we the fans are fools and have short memories.

The only way we can teach them a lesson is by not following the series and bringing their TRP down. this way they wont get sponsorships and ads.

The only way to make these guys sincere is by hurting their income.

So please dont follow this series. dont watch any matches , dont go to cricket sites to see the scores so that they will get less hits.

Jai Hind.

Dhoni has a nice personality so he should join Ads Companies and Films full time and leave Cricket to other fellows.

The only other option left is travel via US or Amsterdam hence it is much easier to get UK Visa.

Selection shouldn't be based on IPL performance
by surbhi gupta on Jun 23, 2009 07:23 PM  | Hide replies

IPL is just a joke. Based on the perofrmance in IPL you can't select a player because for ODI and Test we need techincal players and we have seen IPL is all slog game. you don't need to be technical. Selection should be based on domestic cricket performance. we are loosing importance of domestic cricket. And moreover these young players need to learn how to adjust to the situation not always coming out and start hitting. We need atleast 1-2 seniotr players(someone like Dravid or Tendulkar) even if we are playing 20-20. It is not only the youngsters who won the cup against australia and England. Senior player(like Tendulkar) has played a very important role in test as well as ODI. So IPL performance should be considered as the selection criteria. Because Hero can be zero in IPL and zero can be Hero...Its pure luck...One more thing... why do we want to fly through London when those fellows create so much problems with VISAs. why not trying other airlines where we don't have the hassle of going thru the transit visa.....They will realize only when they loose business....Most of people living in states have stopped flying thru london because of so many restrictions....for indians.....Thanks

And for taking connecting flight, you dont need Visa of the intermediate stop. I have flown to US many times through London but never needed UK transit visa. Do they intend to go out in London and have fun before they proceed to WI?

Thats because you had a valid US visa. Does not apply for the cricketers who reside in India.
